I had what was possibly the BEST Customer Service experience - a gentleman who spend time with me, listened to my concern. When I realized the order I placed had not been shipped yet I hit the "chat" button for help. It was after 5pm so I was surprised when Sayeed Ahmed replied. Not sure how he did it but 10 minutes later I had a tracking # and my order would be delivered the next day. Let's face it, our expectations are limited when we attempt to resolve a problem chatting to a rep. Not this time!! I asked if there was a "review" like many companies send when a chat ends. This was the only format available. I had hoped to tell his supervisor what a fantastic employee he is. Think I'll call the company directly tom - maybe I'll get lucky again and reach his supervisor. If you start a chat and see the name Ahmed your in good hands!

HPFY carries and supplies the highest quality products for all of my son's needs. I can count on them for lightning-fast shipping and kind, quick, informed customer service. Saarthak, whom I just chatted with, provided excellent customer service.

Through chat I asked a product related question. They took their time and communicated back exactly what I needed to know. They showed that they cared about me as a customer which was very important leaving me very satistied that I got the correct support I needed.

So I see that Health Care Products For You has quite a few bad reviews with folks questioning how legitimate they are.

My hope here is to give an honest review and my experience so far.

I ordered stuff earlier this week and after two days went buy I sent an email via live chat with no response. About 2-4AM CST an email with the order status and tracking information was sent to me.

My first package showed up today and three more packages will arrive by Friday evening.

I’m very pleased so far. The items that were shipped so far shipped fast, arrived in great shape, and were affordable.

After reviewing the invoice and shipping information it looks like they drop ship products from regional warehouses which makes sense.

The companies refund policies, RMA, and re-stocking fees are all available on it’s websites. These are medical supplies and as such there are stringent requirements for returning medical supplies.

So far I’m quite pleased and will use them to re-supply my emergency medical kit in the future.

Great customer service and have helped me several times to make sure I receive my order!!

I had questions about a delivery I needed. The online chat service answered quickly and provided me with all the information I needed. I love this company. They have supplies that are often out of stock from other companies. It's extremely hard to find pediatric supplies, but this company always has them in stock and will ship in a timely manner.

Health Products for You were amazingly helpful when I mistakenly ordered the wrong item. I emailed them on a Saturday not expecting a reply until Monday, requesting that they cancel my order. They got back to me within about an hour (on the weekend!) and immediately took care of it for me; no ifs, no buts, no maybes.
I would rate their customer service as one of the best that I have ever had to deal with, and I highly recommend their online store.

So far with three different orders, no real issues. The last order was slow in updating my order status and sending a confirmation email; however, customer service was quick to fix that.
