Weekday morning staff is always amazing! I pick up my mobile order before work everyday and they all see my car and greet me by name. Always a pleasant grab and go experience and I love it! Thank you ladies!!

This newly remodeled Dunkin Donuts is my favorite location because the service is quick and the employees are always friendly! I LOVE that they now have a drive through!!!

Never stay to eat. But the service is friendly, and efficient. My order nine times at a ten is correct. It's great when you go through the drive through your in and out even though they're a busy location.

I've been going to this location for years. I have never had a bad experience with any employees or services.

I stopped in to check out the newly renovated Dunks, and found it clean and modern. I was very happy to see the trend of putting the donuts and pastries inside a glass display cabinet. the service was quick and efficient, with friendly staff.

This place always has their doors open. So I started coming here instead of the one on Valley Street because they are closed from time to time due to "staffing issues." I like consistency so this is my new Dunkin Donuts and they do an amazing job!

What an uplifting experience it was getting a coffee here! They greated me like family, all smiling and happy to see me. When they took my order they actually listened and made it perfect the first time! Trust me, I've been to many that make it however they feel like, I'm sure unfortunately, you know what I mean... I highly recommend this DD! They actually listen! Thank you DD for a great experience and a perfect coffee! Your the best!

Probably the best iced coffee I've had in a long time. Staff was super friendly as well!!!

This dunkins is right down the street from where I work. I walk here everyday for my iced coffee. The morning staff is awesome. They make my coffee perfect and start making it before I even get to the counter. The afternoon staff is unpleasant, unintelligent, and make my coffee terribly. Definitely go in the morning. Best crew. Even on the weekends I walk in here rather than going through the drive thru on granite because they are the best at making coffee!

My coffee was Perfect! As someone who drinks the dark roast i can't say how many times it's made with reg.coffee not dark roast

Great customer service, usually never packed but when it is they do a great job at emptying out that lobby, and they make my coffee perfect ❤

I love the girls that work early in the morning, they are fast friendly courteous they remember your order which is a really nice touch...

I go to dunks 7 days a week usually get my coffee as soon as I enter the girls always have my coffee ready I'm so thankful to have them working there every time I enter it makes my day I got to say a wonderful place on elm Street to get your coffee

I come here every day n I love this dunkins it's by far my favorite most of the people r friendly n customer service is on point. If they mess up they r more then happy to fix it. But they definitely don't mess up as much as the othet dunkins. Jaime is an amazing manager too. U need ne thing she's the one to talk to . 5 stars definitely. Love u guyss♡♡
