Best strawberry açaí refresher!! Most Starbucks locations make these refreshers weak but the Madeira staff are on point and make it PHENOMENALLY. They’re also very quick and kind. The atmosphere is also nice especially on nice days where you can sit outside.

I love this location!! The employees are so very friendly and this adorable wall of dogs enjoying their puppacino will make your day!!!

I went to this Starbucks and their was one person that stood out to me in the best way possible. I gave this girl 10 cents and he took a dollar of my drink. I also purchase my friend a drink and he gave me a free drink. I just want to pay it forward by writing this great review on him. If the boss is reading this Dave really should get some great Recognization he was an awesome sever! He is very kid friendly and nice!! Thank you Dave!

Not that I've ever really had a bad experience at any Starbucks. But this location is Always a pure joy to visit. Rarely do you walk into any retail business where every employee seems to be having a good day. This location is the exception...Always very pleasant

This is the #1 place in the area for Starbucks. They all smile. They have always made our coffees perfect. We visit almost everyday. The parking lot needs to be way bigger. That's the only complaint the parking lot.

Absolutely the best staffed Starbucks in the city. I am in there 1 time a week and everyone of the staff remembers my name and that I drink dark roast. They are frendly, personable, professional and very efficient.

Great store and the barista made an amazing new drink based off of what I normally get! Awesome place to study, too!

I frequent every Starbucks in town and this is probably in my top 3. They always have a super professional staff (shout out to Max - the barista with the top knot) and, especially after the recent renovation this past summer, the place looks great. They get mobbed with kids from 3:15 - 4:00 on school days and the temperature can be unbearably cold at times but otherwise I highly recommend it. Plus, on Thursdays during the warmer months, there is a fantastic Farmer's Market on the street outside which is fun to visit. Five Stars!

Staff is great and quick. I redeemed a birthday reward and was wished a "happy birthday"! Seems like a logical thing to do but I've definitely redeemed these before and been greeted with just an "ok go ahead and scan your phone." The drinks I've had were made as expected. It's a very nice location in the center of Madeira about midway between the library and Walgreens.

Friendly Baristas. Knowledgeable staff and very helpful too everyone. Well stocked variety of coffees, bottled cold drinks and variety of pastries. Floor and tables are all clean. There are a 3-4 tall tables, a long table and two square regular tables. There are also two areas that have two very soft and comfortable individual chairs. Exterior seating available on Miami Ave. Free parking lot next to the Starbucks building. Pleasant environment.

As a frequent Starbucks patron and using them as my office all across the city (sometimes across the nation, lol). Starbucks Madeira Ohio is a top pic for me!

The staff is typically quick witted, fun and uplifting. Their coffee masters have great knowledge and are truly passionate.

It helps that this location is situated in a wonderful little town.

The staff is the GOLD in this store. I've always had good service, and I really appreciate the extra mile Patrick has gone (quickly too!) to make sure my kids have a good experience too! THAT is what keeps me coming back.
