Starbucks

Just had a really great experience here with an incredibly kind barista. My budget doesn’t allow me to get Starbucks often so I’m not familiar with the menu. Went through the drive-thru and had no idea what to order. Without rushing me at all, the barista suggested that I just describe to her what kind of drink I was looking for and from that she was able to make an awesome suggestion and even went the extra mile when I got to the pay window. So sorry I didn’t catch her name but I hope my appreciation reaches her here. Will definitely be back!

The beverages are always great and the healthy food selections are delicious too. Feeling under the weather, try the 'Medicine Ball' tea. Also, the staff are always gracious and friendly.

I just want to give a MASSIVE shoutout to Jordan. I frequent this Starbucks at least twice a week and while I've never felt the customer service was terrible per se, I've never been wowed either.. until the last two days. Both days, Jordan was the one at the window to give me my order. She was personable, addressing me by name and INCREDIBLY friendly. The genuine kind of friendly that makes you smile regardless of what kind of day you're having. There was even a note with little smileys or hearts on the lid of my cup the last two days, which I can only assume was her doing since it's never happened before. I train employees on sales and customer service full-time and this girl was a perfect example of everything we teach and praise. I hope you all know what a gem you have!!

I've always been met with a warm welcome and I've never experienced a wait. I'll continue coming to this location.

Such a nice and hardworking staff! Everyone was working very quickly and were so friendly. I wish I caught his name, but a gentleman working held the door for me and even helped me to my car as I was juggling my drinks and a baby. It made my day!

I went through the drive thru today and the person who helped me was SO positive and happy and thoughtful, I left in such a great mood! I've only had an order mistake once and they offered to let me keep the first one to gift to someone which I thought was very kind. I love the people here.

My experience was completely pleasurable, I had a 20oz white chocolate mocha extra hot, with two breakfast sandwiches that didn't raise my blood sugar at, I couldn't believe it myself! Having that Starbucks app is invaluable and I must have!!! You can load up your digital wallet and never have to use a credit card, just scan the QR code inside or just order ahead and it deducts from your Starbucks card in the app! Starbucks is way ahead when it comes to customer service and technology, it's the future say my psychoanalysis, might well learn it or be left behind. Wonderful place for family members and friends and the Wi-Fi service is POWERFUL, I THOUGHT I fiberoptics hook up to phone 📱,it was so good and stable. Thumbs up for Starbucks!

Most places don't have Pumpkin Spice mix now but they did. Made my day. I wish places realized that some people enjoy Pumpkin Spice all year long.

Had ordered ahead and hit the wrong location. I was in a time crunch for work and Victor confirmed with the manager that they could make the drink for me here after showing my order ahead. Thank you so much for the outstanding service and help. ❤

It is very tight to pull through the Drive thru and parking is almost non existent, especially in an SUV and bigger vehicles but service is always fast as lighting when I go and best location I've been to besides Evendale. I treat myself to Starbucks about 5-10x a year.

Victor that works at This location Is a fantastic employee Victor goes the extra mile for every single person I’ve noticed as I wait in line specifically when it gets to me Victor always remembers my order, and he’s quick to respond always make sure I walk out of this location with a smile on my face not ever had I had a unsatisfactory experience while Victor was on the clock. Way to go Victor.

Love the whole team from Manager to all the staff , they are very professional and trained. I don’t know all the names but “ Key” “ Sofia” and all of em are really nice . ❤❤

Excellent service, good coffee

This location is fast and efficient. They can get crowded but they work quickly and always deliver great service.
