DICK'S Warehouse Sale

I spent a leisurely THREE HOURS trying on shoes to find exactly what I needed to stand and walk at work all day. Staff offered help, but left me to find what I needed - and I did not leave a pile of shoes in the aisle when I left. In particular, Christopher was especially helpful to share info about the differences in shoes and was generally delightful to talk to. Prices were lower than regular retail and if you catch a sale would be a great, great deal. I'll go back again 😁

The staff is friendly and help as much as they can. Items in the store can be hard to find but if you arer looking for an adventure and willing to put in a little effort, you will find amazing value and prices of all Name brand apparel that are only current last season.

Carter was very helpful and patient to explain the return policy and my other questions about the store policies. Thank you Carter. This store is fun to shop at.

Great selection and you can find everything you want, also they can match the price of anything you find outside.

Went to the footwear dept to try and find a pair of sneakers to help my hurting feet. Found the name brand, a shoe employee came up and asked if I needed help. Asked him about the shoe and why I was looking at the brand. He offered some info, asked me what size I needed. My size is a toughie everywhere, but, he was able to look on a device he was holding and offered me a selection. He went to get the shoe, brought it back. I tried the shoes on, they were perfect. While on the way to checkout…I thanked the salesman who assisted me! Great experience. Quick, painless. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing store deals that you wouldn’t believe their inventory was a little bit lower because they were just opening the highly recommend check out for shoewear clothes any sports apparel you can think of must check it out

I would like to start this review by saying the end result was a returned product. The team was exceptionally understanding of my circumstance of purchase and my reasoning for wanting to return. They were pleasant and patient throughout the entire process and I could not speak more highly of the manager Kim And her team

So I went in looking for a solid green polo to wear at my new job. I was greeted by a friendly staff member. I walked around the store, surprised at the awesome variety of merchandise. I found the golf section, but no solid green polo. A friendly staff member in that department asked if I needed any help. He also searched, but didn't find any. In their defense, it's not polo weather, and certainly not the Season for bright green... that would be summer. I didn't buy anything, but I will definition be back to shop other areas of the store... I saw a lot that my family would love.

Good experience, would definitely come back. I was looking for a treadmill, so I phoned the store first to be sure they had a few different ones in stock. I needed to make certain if I purchased one it would fit in my vehicle. I spoke to Kendall, he was kind enough to measure 3 different boxes for me. He also helped my husband and I with the purchase and loaded it into our vehicle. Thank you!

I've been shopping here for years, but not really ever made a big purchase or needed anything specialized. This year, I decided to buy a kayak, and Dick's was the cheapest place around. They had exactly what I was looking for, and the sales associates were super nice. I also stopped in looking for a tool for my bikes, and the people in the bike area were very nice and knowledgeable. The man knew exactly what I was looking for, and even though it wasn't an item they stocked, he told me where I could find it cheapest. I don't like dealing with bike shops, because of their snobbish attitude towards anyone who doesn't own a TREK, but the people at Dick's don't care what you have, they are just there to help.

Second floor manager Will Longbine was a great help to me and my son as we glanced around and ending up purchasing some back to school clothes today. Will was a great help and I will definitely be coming back here for all my sporting needs as long as Will is there. Glad to finally have a Dick’s in Knoxville!

Sean in footwear on 3/01/22 was so nice and patient with us. He went back and forth with me, but never made me feel like a hassle. McKenzie at check out was super nice as well.

New store, always clean and well stocked with a really nice staff. I was looking for a small football to take to the beach for my kids and two guys stopped what they were doing and one went off to grab a ball while the other showed my daughter and I a few options close by us. Great experience.

Prices were reasonable on most of the baseball gear. Shoes and cleats were pretty good too. Using the special offer for Farragut Baseball Inc. to help an awesome organization made it all worth the trip.

Shopped for a pair of hiking boots for a young girl. They had an excellent selection and they matched the price of an online store, saving us $40. Nice folks.

Dicks was having a really good sale on roller blades, and they offered a special replacement warranty if they should break in a year. Since we broke the past set of quad skates in just a couple of weeks, we figured the insurance on the in-lines would be a good idea. They are doing great so far.
