Pizza Hut

Just ordered a pizza for delivery and it was here is a very short time and extremely hot. I believe it was delivered hotter than the ones we get at the restaurant in our area. GREAT JOB

Ordered on the app and everything was ready, hot and delicious. The pizza and pasta were tasty. The price was more reasonable than our normal order at Mazzio’s and we got more food for the money. We are in the middle of moving from Tulsa to Bartlesville and this was a good first impression.

I had great service. I went in to order and the gentleman at the counter was talking to another customer on the ph while acknowledging me. When he was done on the ph he helped me and told me what specials they had which i asked for. He was going to wait for me to look and i yold him it was ok if he needed to go work on the other customers order while i looked to see what i wanted. He was still going to stay with me but i told him that it was ok because it was going to take me awhile and he was the only one there working which i do not think that is ok being by himself with no help. When i was ready he stopped what he was working on and came over and got my order. He told me it would be about 20 min and i told him i was going to go out and sit in my yruck and i would come back in in 20 min. It was around 15 min and here he came out the door with my 3 pizza's. I told him he did not have to bring them out and he told me that was ok and to have a great evening. This gentleman is a great asset to your company. You should give him a promotion as a trainer to show others how to give great customer service. I did not get his name and wish i would have to tell whoever can make a difference for him.

Manager Tony always strives to please the customer. Mary assisted him with this order. She provided cheese and peppers for us as well. We only order from this store now. No where else in town can match them.

This is my favorite pizza joint in Bartlesville I could eat their food everyday. The crew at this establishment is the most professional and friendly people. They are efficient and always keep me updated on how much longer I have on my order whether I come in and pick it up or I have it delivered.

Seeing lots of bad review's from a year ago, but I can tell you from recent times that we order from them every Friday and always have made good food, given us extra sauce with are barbecue pizza's and food has been on time, the employees are nice as well.
