Wow, just read some of the negative reviews. Here's a Kleenex people...my lord get a life, the world does not revolve around you. complaining about lost mail, deliver it yourself next time.

Went here for my son's passport. Had to come from Staten Island because there were no earlier appointments by me. After a minute or so, a worker told us where to wait for the passport. Only waited a few minutes then Lin took care of us. She was very nice and took less than 15 minutes.

It's the only one in Old Bridge the post office has to upgrade their mailboxes their pigeon holes mail gets wet and nobody gives a damn now when you come to the post office it's much better but where you live at your property it's terrible especially townhouses and apartments they don't care when is the post office going to open up their eyes and start getting new mailboxes for the apartments you can order anything big and then they tell you to send it to somebody else's house that's not the answer I want to hear it's my mail why should I send it to somebody else's house because the post office can't get bigger mailbox spend some money instead of giving it to the foreigners that come over the Border thank you Postal Service

I have frequented this post office pretty regularly over the past two years I have lived in Old Bridge but today was something like none other. My fiancé and I went into the post office on a Saturday morning with our wedding invitations asking if they could be hand canceled (so they are manually sorted rather than run through a machine). A lot of post offices don't even do this anymore so it was a long shot. Anne looked at us like we were a little crazy but probably saw the desperation in my face and said okay, handed us the stamp and my fiancé and I got to work. This took no more than 5 extra minutes (we had 115 invitations) and was seriously such a relief and pleasurable experience when we could have easily been told no. Thank you Anne for your kindness and patience this morning!!

It seemed one of the best. As soon as you walk in some is always greeting you with smile and asks what kind of help or services you need. 3 clerks were working at the same time and thus dint even have to wait in line. I had lots of things to finish so spent good amount of time there and I saw how quickly everyone was being helped. I have been to many USPS locations, where the clerks dont even care how long u stay in line while they chatting with other employees. This one was the best.

Went there for our passports today. Li was super friendly and took our pictures for our three kids and two adults. It was a lot of paperwork but all was finished quickly. Thank you!

I just went to the OB post office today and I was extremely satisfied with the way the manager was running his post office. The staff was very pleasant and with 3 people at the window the line moved very quickly. I have not seen service like this in a very long time. 5 Stars for all the staff who really know how to keep things running smooth.

I had went to our OB Post Office many many times through out the years also growing up. And never once have I ever encountered any trouble or waiting in long lines, reps being rude.. That is very strange, but I guess it can happen. Anyway I just called the OB Post Office and the man answered the phone and told me great knowledge and had answered my questions at hand. Very nice work Old Bridge Postal very nice work indeed!!!

Always get fast, courteous service. Even when there is a line it usually moves fairly quickly. I've been in more than a few post offices where they're like surly zombies. As opposed to good natured zombies. The self-serve kiosk is very handy too.

It’s one and only one excellent post office in NJ . Members is so friendly and helpful ( I had deal with other post offices in manny counties of NJ ) and Old Bridge one is the BEST ! All recommendations the do in calm and professional manner. Staff always offer if they can be helpful to assist you with anything else . It’s like fills you with that warm fuzzy feeling of wellbeing . It’s that place I willing to come back and trust my packages over and over again . I just want to say to people who comes to Old Bridge post office ..be patient and don’t think you are smarter den clerk . You just don’t know how others post offices serve you and appreciate what you have in you town .

I live in East Brunswick and because of the extremely horrible service there, I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now. I’ve been to several post offices in NJ and Old Bridge is the best one by far. They are friendly, courteous and helpful. So far I have no complaints.

I've been going to that post office for 50 years and the people are always great. Never much of a long line sometimes none at all.

Lobby is open 24 hours with a self - service machine. Very helpful if you work odd hours.

They are super nice and very patient. Beats NYC postal.
