Ever sense Monica and her husband have taken over management, it has been so nice to go to storage. The place looks really good, decorated very pretty in the office and bathroom, property really clean and they are such nice people and very helpful with everything. Thank you to the both of you!!

Great experience ! As a business I salute the management team they were great,called ahead to let them know I was on my way and all the necessary paperwork was ready by the time i arrived . Rates were also a plus especially for a business you want to keep cost low. Recommend American mini storage to any businesses looking for a place to store extra inventory .

Went in to get a unit for a friend and the staff was super nice and it was easy to fill out like 2 forms. They showed us the size units even though it was blazing out. Ended up not using it and had to cancel the next day and they were super nice and handled getting our refund quickly back to us! They have gated yard and cameras set up. Its a nice place for storage.

The customers service was wonderful. They were always helpful. They called to remind you about your next payment to avoid those unnecessary late fees. Lots of space in the storage units. We got 10 by 8 and it was very roomy. They offer locks at a reasonable price so you could start using your unit as soon as possible.

I loved this storage. The units were clean, easy to get to, and my belongings were safe and secure. The managers on site were very pleasant and helpful. They got me a discount with a large unit and also helped with more discounts when I rented a second unit. I highly recommend this storage unit to anyone who needs storage. I would definitely go back to them when I need a storage unit again.

We stored our things there for almost five years, and never once had a single problem with anything. The staff were very courteous, helpful, and the units were some of the cleanest and most convenient we've ever seen. Called American Mini Storage randomly when in need of a quick storage solution. The strong reviews gave me confidence. I explained to Mike, the owner how my brother in Phoenix needed to get his furniture in Phoenix moved to Bullhead City within 48 hours, and he couldn't have been kinder or more accommodating. He expertly advised me on the storage space needed, based on the furniture items, and I was so happy we could just go month to month. What really wowed, though, is how he took the time to offer a referral for a possible transport driver for hire when I expressed what a hard time we were having, finding one. Just...above and beyond. Can't recommend more highly!!

This business is absolutely the best place to store your belongings. The management is awesome and very kind. They never failed to ask me how my mother was doing after a stroke. The site is secure.

Awesome place with the nicest staff! Very helpful and ready to answer all of my questions. When I moved in the manager even helped me with the dolly that he allowed me to use just to make my life easier...lol. The person who helped me was very friendly, the process was very quick. When I went to my storage unit the place is clean.

Exceptionally friendly. Was in fast, paperwork done quickly, quoted the right prices, didn't try to upsell me on anything. Just accommodated my needs courteously. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice people the office was clean the storage around outside was very clean and tidy the units were clean inside and out plenty of lighting down the hallways when we moved in if we needed anything they were willing to help with certain things when we moved out it didn't take very long for them to come and check the storage and it was clean and we checked out very easily

I switched to American Mini Stotage because I had a really bad experience with AAA Storage also in Bullhead City, AZ and I couldn't be happier!!! Very clean, accessible, and owners are a pleasure to do business with!!! I highly recommend American Mini Storage to anyone!
