I have ordered a product 16 days ago. other than receipt, I didn't know anything about my order. no tracking. I tried to reach the customer support on provided number, no response and i left VM. they have cancelled my order and refunded.
I am happy that This is NOT Scam portal. FYI, I understand that Jayefo marketing well on Amazon. I just ordered my pair of gloves on amazon.
I advise Jayefo team It would be better to address communication and customer care issue.

DO NOT ORDER HERE!! Ordered a k000 pink gi for my daughter. I received a k000 white and gold gi. They must not have inventory as I have now read this is an ongoing issue. No response from emails or calls. Horrible company. DO NOT ORDER HERE!

Ordered three 6' bags blk/bronze on 2/24. Paid $115. Received only one that was blk/gold. As of 3/4/22 No communication! No contact link on their webpage, I had to reach out through FB messanger 2x, no reply. Found a help link on my receipt to send an email, no reply. I DO NOT recommend this company!
