This location is located inside of the mall here in West Knoxville. It's pretty big and they have a great selection as well as great prices! I was able to get a hot pink Xbox controller for less than $40!!! And the staff is VERY knowledgeable which is very much appreciated!!

Great customer service! Aaron is super helpful and took the time to call around to find what I was looking for at another location and requested the item be held for me. He and the other store's employee saved the day! Both were very professional, but also super personable and patient. I'm really grateful.

Super Friendly and helpful staff, able to list out new releases by memory! Happy to talk about current sales, and special offers. Very knowledgeable overall about current and past games. Great little spot to chat and find new games

The employees was helpful very nice. Qe didn't buy anything we was looking around but they offered to help us find anything. & they was helping another couple there & they was all laughing & having a good time ! It's nice to see happy helpful employees at a place 😀

Friendly helpfull staff...

Our first visit to this location, but it was great. The selection of games was what you would expect for a store if this size. It would have been nice if they had had more pre-owned inventory. The staff made this place great though. They were extremely helpful and gave some great recommendations for some games we may like. Their recommendations ended up being spot on. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent Gluten Free options. Great service. Great food. Nice atmosphere. Can get a little noisey when dining room is full, but nice place for lunch or dinner.

I go in asking a million questions cause I have little to no knowledge of what I'm buying and the lady, Jenn, was super patient and very informing. She helped me figure out everything I needed to buy and took her time even though there was people waiting in line. I didn't feel rushed or like she was trying to rush me out. Overall great experience and plan to return to this location. Thanks Jenn!!!

Store is very clean and organized after the recent reset, and the crew it very knowledgeable on most products in the store. I have not had a bad experience yet as everyone is super helpful.

belk is an awesome store but this belk is huge they got anything and everything you get really good deals on cologne and perfume women's bags and you all you got to check this Belk out this is one of the biggest Belk I've ever been into the staff is really friendly they got a staff and every section of the store that is there to help you I recommend this bill to any and everybody best Belk in Knoxville

At 62, I don't know who Loves gamestop more - me or my wife and she doesn't even play.! The people working there are Always the nicest and most helpful.!!! They always seem to have what I want, too.!

I was looking for hard to find gaming items and even though it was not there they were able to order them to be sent to my house personally. A great resource in times of low stock and production output.

Its always been a smaller but busy store. Its nice when its across from the cinema/ mini arcade. Its also closer to the food court.

Looking for a PS4 but they didn't have any. They had the games I wanted but without the system what's the point. Will check back again...
