Starbucks

I routinely work and meet with clients at this Starbucks. It’s always clean and the atmosphere Is pleasant!
I prefer this Starbucks due to the music not being quite as loud as other local Starbucks!

I just wanted to come and say this is my absolute favorite Starbucks! I cruise thru the drive thru every morning and am always so impressed by how they handle the amount of business they have! The staff are second to none! I can be a bit picky about my coffee and this is the only Starbucks in town that makes it right. And if it isn’t correct they are always really nice about making a new one. During my recent pregnancy I had a lot of tweaks I did to make my coffee meet my pregnancy needs and they never made me feel silly (even tho it was silly- I should’ve just stopped drinking Starbucks for awhile). The parking lot stinks and they are always busy but I’d rather wait in the line than go to a different Starbucks!!

This Starbucks is the best in Winchester. It's my go-to place for studying and a cup of coffee. The drinks taste better than other Starbucks in the area. The employees are polite, hardworking, and very welcoming. The atmosphere is perfect for students to study.

Just came to Starbucks to start my birthday off the right way and Beth was SO SWEET & KIND! Absolutely love her. Thank you for making my morning Beth.

Simply the best Starbucks I have been to in the past 20 years of patronage. Shannon, Amber, Tylor and the WHOLE CREW are friendly and make me feel welcomed. When I was out of town for three weeks on a business trip and finally came home, the first morning I walked in the door I was greeted like I just arrived and a family holiday gathering. They get me and treat me like family. Thank you to the whole team!

Very big, clean Bucks, but maintains a cozy atmosphere for work. Busy, friendly baristas.

Love the coffee! Employees are always nice and pleasant. Also pup cups are amazing for my furr baby.

The ladies in this Starbucks are so attentive to customer service. First time here was a good experience and happy with my drinks.

Best recipe for green tea chocolate lovers.
Matcha creme frap. Add 2 frap chips, replace sugar syrup with 3 honey syrup, add 3 mocha sauce, add sugar cookie syrup. It is almost like a green tea Oreo if there was one. But looks like shrek

Great service. Love the doggie photos at the drive-thru! Really heart-warming. My strawberry refresher with lemonade was great!

Every time I come to the Starbucks people are friendly and respectful and I really enjoy it. Today on July 25 I’m sitting in the back and one of the ladies is walking around offering a free latte and little cups. She went to everybody except me so I called and put in a complaint and she came over and said why didn’t you flag me down. I said no one else had to then I told her to leave me alone and I got up and I left.

I go to this Starbucks every day and I've never once had a bad encounter. The staff is 10/10 and very kind. Beth as well as the rest of the baristas really care and always work really hard. My cold foam is always delicious and I can count on what ever I order to be delicious as well. My wallet may not appreciate the experience, but I sure do. Thumbs up react!

On my way to work stop for morning coffee. They are always friendly, courteous and willing to offer their suggestions for favorite drinks. Never have gotten an order wrong. Does get a little crazy around 8am most mornings so parking can be a little difficult.

Nice and fast drive through. I got the cold white chocolate mocha, delicious!!

On my last visit to the cumberland/LaVale, Maryland Starbucks location I noticed that there were very few employees. Well, it appears that very few of the employees that morning showed up for work as needed but that did not stop the dedicated employees that didn’t make it. Going to this location and I was very pleased when Starbucks decided to open in our area. I am a loyal customer and I return often.

I love the Winchester Starbucks more than any other. They always get my order correct, and it tastes great. Cumberland Starbucks is a joke. They need a complete overhaul. More training and more employees. My pup loved his pup cup!! 😁

The staff here was friendly and professional. In front of me in line was a gentleman upset about a previous order vs. his current order and the cost of the elements. They calmly got him on his way and he seemed pleased at the end. It also only slightly slowed down my ordering. This is a good sized location with a lot of seating and also a lot of room for people to be in the inside line. They also have a drive thru. Overall good experience and I'd go back to this location.

Good Starbucks location. Convenient spot and cheerful crew. Plenty of seating and comfortable chairs to relax and read in addition to good standing and seating tables.
