My first time going to Pet Wants and the staff Morgan, Madison and Brooke were so helpful they took the time to explain and thoroughly answer all my questions. The prices are reasonable for their services and food/treats. I will definitely be coming back Here and recommend if you haven't been here that you should definitely come!! Thank-you for your time and genuinely caring about making sure my dog is happy and healthy!!!

LOVE PetWants! I’ve been feeding my dog PetWants food for 3 years now and she loves it. I feel great knowing that she’s getting fresh and local food and it’s no more expensive that other brands.

I have taken my Boston Terrier, Sophee, here twice now . She gets a bath and nail trim . She loves it! This last time they had her in a cute pink bandanna when I came to get her. The staff are so friendly! Love it ! Highly recommend.

Stopped in for a nail trim for my beagle, Louie. Was quick, easy, and the individuals who helped were super kind to my doggo. Will for sure be back.

Can't say enough good things about Pet Wants. I have two cats, both finicky eaters, and they have taken to their new food like you wouldn't believe. But what really astounds me is they not only are eating it, my obese cat is loosing some weight! Thanks Pet Wants❤😻

I was looking for a new groomer and was referred here. I have been to several grooming salons in the past and by far, Pet Wants was absolutely fantastic! They were able to squeeze us in on short notice and my dog was ready for pick up within an hour and 15 minutes. This compared to the 3-4 hour wait from the other places. The solan and shop were very clean and the personal outstanding! They listened to exactly what I needed done and accomplished it perfectly. The staff was so nice and personable and I knew we had found our grooming home! We will definitely be coming back for grooming services and I am highly recommending to friends and family!

Pets Wants is awesome!!! My retriever had been “kicked out” of one salon because he was so nervous- but the girls here made him feel so comfortable 😀 he is now on his 3rd visit!!! And he looks AMAZING each time!! Highly recommend!!!

Outstanding pet food. I have been a Pet Wants customer almost as long as they have been in business. I work in Kenwood and love the Blue Ash location since it is up the street. Friendly and caring staff. I like to pick up my dog food & treats vs a standard delivery option. Which is what they are all about.

It couldn't be any more convenient..., The dogs love the food and the occasional treat that comes with it! I like knowing the food hasn't been sitting on a shelf somewhere for a year or so losing all it's nutritive value. I highly recommend as do the boys . 5 paws up!

Overall her grooming was great! They were on time and I did have to wait very long before she was done and I'll definitely will be back next summer as I'm only in Cincy in the summer. Pat Cronenberg

I have used Pet Wants for about three years now. And without a doubt they make the best dog food there is if your pet is having any kind of dry skin issues, etc. the people here will help you and educate about their food. I have two dogs, and they have the most beautiful coats in the world I highly recommend.

Groomed our Big bear, 150 lbs Great Dane pup. They did a full nails, ear clean, and bath/groom on him! We were nervous for Titan Bear to be groomed after being turned away by other groomers for our dogs size and being occupied in smaller spaces. When I dropped him off I assumed they’d want me to stay and planned on purchasing treats helping in any way. They welcomed titan back and told me not to worry, they had his favorite treats already in store for him! I was able to leave and return in 1 hour and half to my clean doggy getting pictures with Santa. Pricing was great. Recommend this place to everyone

I am new to Cincinnati and needed to find a groomer for my two dogs. One dog is a character with a lot of energy and the other is blind and diabetic and a bit skiddish. The groomers at Pet Wants were very professional (one is also a Vet tech!). They were able to schedule an appointment within a week of my call. The pooches came out looking great and very happy. I recommend Pet Wants for some quick pup treats or a full grooming.

My dog Delly loves his Pet Wants food! He has always been a picky eater, but for the last year he’s been eating this brand we’ve had no problems. The food always seems fresh, and I love the fact it hasn’t been sitting on a shelf for years. The order and delivery process is super easy and flexible and Pam is a pleasure to work with. Both my cats have been on Pet Wants food for almost five years. They don't shed as much, little if any scratching and there is little poop to clean; because they digest the food more than others.

Just started my dogs on this brand of dog food and they all seem to love it. Pam is super sweet and I love the attention they provide to their customers. I love that the food is delivered to my doorstep. So convenient. But most importantly it’s healthy good food for my little ones. ❤
