I don’t often get sick and the last time I was here, it was called something else, but then I seen the reviews and they weren’t that great, so I thought… “Should I give it a try or go somewhere else?” Because this facility is near by and I have always had a good experience, I gave it a shot. The lady at the front greeted me, ask me “How can she help?” I gave her the run down and she collected my info and gathered the paperwork for me to fill out and just like that, I was on my way to see the Physician Assistant. He was great too! He took a personal interest in me, we talked about our families and after my assessment, I was out the door with my prescription called in at my local pharmacy ready for pickup. I truly couldn’t ask for a better experience and wanted to take the time to share mine. Thank you :)

I went to this walk in on 4/19/2021 for a hand injury. I did not have a long wait time at all! Every single staff member, that I came in contact with, was very friendly!! Everyone seemed genuinely concerned about my injury, and took great care of me!! The x-ray technician was amazing!!! He made me feel so welcome and made sure everything ran smoothly. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would!!!!!

I love this place… they are always quick, and helpful. They listen to what my needs are and genuinely care. I’ve been coming here for years. I don’t know why people give them bad reviews. They must be getting them mixed up with the place across the street. *side note…. I have fluid in my ear and a sinus infection. The doctor did not let me know he changed his mind about giving me an antibiotic because I had been on some for pneumonia the week before. No call or anything so I called them and was finally told. That’s very unprofessional to not say anything. Now I’m miserable with a sinus infection and ear infection.

In and out, my son needed antibiotics for his knee (fish wound); the doctor made him at eaelse and explained our options. Highly recommend, I'm going in the morning for myself!

I was in and out in about an hour and everybody was very personable and friendly.

A sharp hedge branch stabbed my arm, raising chunk of skin. Still bleeding next morning, attended Clinic and doctor clensed and actually reworked the lifted skin back over the wound and I didn't feel a thing. No stitches, just some mini medical sticky tape. Marvellous healing, great interaction with doctor and staff. Renewed my faith in Walk-ins!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The staff was very nice and professional! I felt covid protected and safe. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend going to them if you can’t get in to see your regular dr.

I really love my Nurse Practitioner, Theresa! She kept me there 3 hours 🙄 1st visit! 😁 But she took care of me!! Thank you, Theresa!!😘😘

The doctor, think she was a doctor she didn’t say, was nice enough, but she really didn’t seem to be very enthusiastic about doing much. She acted like she was afraid of me.

Better than across the street

The front desk lady rude early this AM pretty much told me I couldn't be helped .

Only one here but yet it took an hour half to be seen

Nobody never call or email me back

went here a few days ago , waited forever just to be seen and when i was they said all i had was a sore throat and sent me home with nothing but a paper giving me at home remedies, went to the walk in down the street a few days later and turns out i had a ear infection the whole time.. worst place to go to you wait forever just to be given the wrong treatment, they should be shut down at this point.

They don’t answer the phone. Spent 2 hours there yesterday and was the only patient. Continuous misdiagnosis would give zero stars
