Arby's

We’re talking about Arby’s folks very consistent in this place was no exception. We had our food prompt and everything was hot and exactly as ordered. I would come back to this location if I was local, but I’m not so I feel like this is good.

I used the drive thru. You can't go wrong with Arby's. The food is always good. It's always hot, I've never had a order screwed up.

Classic Arby's. It is strange to me that they'd list the (presumably) full employee's name on your receipt. Seems a bit unnecessary.

I'm not a fan of Arby's to begin with but my wife always loves to go when we visit the US. The roat beef was not to my standard and expectation. My wife can have some take out and I'll look for something else.

The food was awesome. French fries were incredible, fresh and hot.

I ate at this Arby's on 5/28 for dinner and had an eye opening experience. The service and food was excellent. The young lady at the counter even told us to have a nice evening as we left. The restaurant was very clean and yet another worker was busy sweeping the floor, keeping the place spic and span. Beach Boy music was playing in the background at a soft level.
As a throw-back to 1960, there was a pink bicycle parked outside the restaurant, probably belonging to one of the young employees. Most impressively, the bike wasn't chained up to keep it from being stolen. In my Georgia town, that bike would have been in the pawn shop within 3 minutes of being left like that. All in all, my experience at this Arby's was great.

Went to Arby's after work and they were very polite, open until the time that their website said,which was 11:00 pm. It's nice to get polite service at a fast food restaurant, especially since some of the restaurants in Wapakoneta are truly starting to slack but Arby's didn't. I am happy with the service I received.

Love frequenting this restaurant. The drive through is efficient and when dining in is available, the lobby is clean. Employees have always been friendly and professional with me. I highly recommend this restaurant whether you are eating in, carrying out, or utilizing the drive through.

This is the best Arby’s I have been to in a long time. The fries were hot and fresh. The beef and cheddar’s were great and had plenty of roast beef. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. Will definitely stop again when we travel through.

The food was really great and we didn't have to wait long at all. The staff was super friendly as well. Due to staffing issues the lobby was closed but you can just order in the drive thru and us the tables out front.

I love Arby's everything but their burgers.

Today's visit was super nice. The staff was so genuinely kind and the chicken in my crispy chicken wrap was super delicious 😋 those crinkle fries were hot and crispy, making them oh so yummy

Splendid market fresh roast turkey, bacon,& ranch sandwich

During the snow storm February 2022 their dining room was closed but our ambulance squad wouldn't fit through the drive thru. We called and they let us in to order our food. We were so thankful to get some hot food because everything was closed. They were so friendly and we were so appreciative. Thank you Wapak Arby's!

This place is one of the best Arby's we have been to. My fiance is a fan of Arby's and we were treated so friendly and considerate. The register girl, Elizabeth, was so accommodating and she went above and beyond for us and anyone who walked through the door. Thanks Elizabeth! Not only that but they were able to give us our food in a quick but fresh manner. We will be stopping here again on our way through next time.

In this drive thru only world that we live in nowadays I've had the joys (eye roll) of dealing with basically "what do you want?" And "here's your food" where the employees have a bad attitude and zero customer service. BUT NOT HERE😁 the young lady working the drive thru was very pleasant but was very efficient. I have a family of 4 and while we don't order anything complicated it's still 4 meals and while I'm ordering I hate when people interrupt with "is that all?" Or "what sauce?" 😡 Oh or "what to drink?" I'm I'll tell you just let me finish my sentence. Anyway great job Arby's the food was fresh and you have great service manners. To bad I don't live closer so I could visit more often
