I recently had the pleasure of visiting Night Work Bread and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by the warm, inviting aroma of freshly baked bread that filled the air.

Had the soup of the week, the very helpful lady behind the counter said the broccoli leak soup was real good. She was not kidding. Great flavor. Also left with a tomato pie. Give this place a try. Very good.

We were so excited to see our favorite farmers market stand opened up shop in Ballston Spa!!! Stopped by this morning and got two everything bagels toasted w/ extra cream cheese and an irresistible piece of their Shakshuka Focaccia. Everything was amazing as usual! Can’t wait to try more delicious baked goods in the future!

Something beyond delicious. Their olive bread gets devoured in cartoon like speed in our family. The various scones, bagels and cookies are without comparison. Get there early if you don’t want to spend our entire day dreaming of what you missed out on.
Also- the people who work there could not be more magnificent.

Love this place, it is just what we needed! Fresh delicious bread! Bagels are amazing and still warm. Seeded sour is crusty and so good! Will be back as often as possible!

What a pleasure to have this small business in our village of Ballston Spa! The food is delicious and staff is friendly. You need to try this place if you have not yet! I will be a regular from this point on.

Found this delightful little place in Ballston Spa. They've got some fantastic right in there. And the way they do their sourdough it's fermented slowly so that even my wife who is gluten intolerant can eat it she was in Cloud 9. I'm at the owner and he was very helpful with my choices of bread and his staff was very friendly as well. Like a family business

You could go to San Francisco, or you could just head to Ballston Spa (or one of your local farmers markets) to taste the most divine sour dough bakery items! My personal favorite are the everything bagels ,“everything” on top AND bottom, soft on the inside with a little crust on the outside. Love the ever changing offerings and delightful helpful staff! Enjoy!!!

New, very clean and bright. Delicious, perfect crust texture, and moist perfect center texture with outstanding flavor - Date Cardamom Bread! Also has bagels, other bread flavors, scones, toast bar, cookies, tea and coffee and more. Very good!

I am a bread lover, especially sourdough.. 13 years ago I realized I had sensitivity to gluten. That was the last time and a slice of really good bread. We bought a loaf of sourdough here, a cinnamon bun and cookie. They were all so good that I've binged that day and just waited for my belly to react. Funny thing, the next day I was still waiting for a reaction and none appeared. Don't take my word that this will work for you but it works very well for me and the sourdough bread is phenomenal.

Staff was so friendly and inviting! Nice atmosphere. Had an everything bagel with vegan cream cheese, and focaccia. Both were sooo delicious. Excited to go back and try other things, and sit outside!

My family and I love everything at Night Work Bread! From the traditional country sourdough bread to all the other sourdough bakery items like the scones, garlic rolls, cinnamon rolls, bagels, cookies...etc!

Great sourdough bread, delicious giant cookies. Wish they offered the option to have the bread sliced for you.

My bagel was so good I only made it through half before I had to stop to write a review. I live over an hour away and I will gladly make the trip just for these bagels in the future. There is just nothing like a NY bagel!

Stopped by here on a road trip for freshly baked rolls. Wonderful, friendly people! The rolls I got are filling my car with an amazing fresh smell. The chai cookie is a delicious spicy snack, and I can attest from a preliminary taste test that the cinnamon babka bread is a nice new take on a classic-- it's making me look forward to easter. :) Highly recommended business.

WOW, went today for the 1st time, got the everything bagel w/cc, salmon, cukes and capers, Awesome! Took home, artichoke/onion focaccia, cranberry scone and cookies. I’ve tried all, so very flavorful!!! Definitely will be back!!!
