McDonald's

This is a high quality McDonald’s. The place was very clean and was even being cleaned as I was there. The staff were super nice and helpful asking questions about our order. The food tasted on par with most McDonald’s, so no complaints from me.

Food was great here! This is definitely a remodeled McDonald's, it's nice and they still have a Play Place. My family usually orders food on the app, we pick it up at the counter and usually eat inside. We find it easier to use the deals and order our food the way we want it through the app. The fries were fresh, which is obviously when McDonald's French Fries taste best so that was good. Our chicken sandwiches were fresh too. I don't know if we just got lucky yesterday or if this location is normally this good but our food yesterday was exactly what McDonald's should always be serving and we left happy. The only complaint I have is that both of my son's got Sprite that definitely needed it's flavoring replaced because it was straight up carbonated water, they both dumped their drinks and got lemonade instead so it wasn't a big deal. This location is in a different town than where we live but if we will definitely stop here again if we have the opportunity.

It very clean, they should try hard to help the customer's in line and not just ignore them so they can focus only on the drivethrew. I see this happening at all locations lately. Also there were a couple of people that where smoking crack outside 🤦 Then my 9 year old son had to listen to them inside on there phone's trying to get more 😡 IT was very upsetting.

They were incredibly quick, kind, and friendly to me (especially when I was trying to go thru a drive thru close to closing time with a drivers window that doesn't work). Thank you for making me and my friends night!!

Despite the 1pm post-lunch hour rush that they were experiencing on Friday, with a long line at the drive-thru, Kristen was very friendly professional, and accurate in taking my order- and the service overall was surprisingly fast.. literally only 4mins before I was on my way. Very impressive.
I ordered two Big Macs with extra sauce, and they were both absolutely perfect. Well done, Bspa McD's!

Staff is polite. Drive thru is fast. Foor was newley cooked.

I asked my grandson's opinion of the Playland he gave it a thumbs down sorry when I asked him why he said because it's the same as all the rest. Just giving you the honest answer from a seven year old. The food was great the new chocolate cream pie that they have cookies and cream for my taste it had too much cream in the middle and I have never said that before in my life LOL maybe it was the wrong kind cream for my taste

Very rare I give a fast food chain a rating like this. The restaurant was clean! The food was hot, fresh, an the best I've ever had at a McDonald's. I had a double quarter pounder and the bun was fresh, the patties were hot and fresh too. It practically melted in my mouth. Very good job at this location. You deserve a five star rating!

A bit slow place.I never get what I ordered. The last 4 times only the drive through was open because stuff shortage. :( When I dine in, I had to wait 1 hours for 4pcs. Of apple pies.

So I'm going to start with a huge shout out to Charles R and Cam R. We went through at 2330 with 2 orders through the drive threw ( kinda felt bad as they were larger orders) after a little bit of talking we find out its literally just 2 people doing EVERYTHING ! There really wasn't much of a line (maybe 4 or 5 cars) HOWEVER they got our orders 100% correct and very fast ! There really wasn't much of a line bc they flew through orders it seemed even tho one person was grill and the other was not only taking orders, taking payments delivering it to us as well at the other window and other items that were not aware of. Seriously these 2 did an outstanding job and I truely hope they get a raise AND the recognition they deserve !!!

Food was awesome, nuggets were hot and fresh.

The Ballston Spa McD's is about the only one that consistently gets the order correct with the correct sauces.. Definitely appreciate their attention to details here..

Food was REALLY GOOD, service was fast the workers checked on me while I was eating and asked how it was and if there was anything else I needed even tho it was really busy, I saw a customer get mad at one of the workers for something they couldn’t control and the worker handled it calmly and respectfully keeping in mind this kid is like 16-17 years old and was more mature than half of the adult customers

No complaints. Food was good. Got what I ordered. Quickly. Respectful staff. Should give taco bell some lessons.

Just like every McDonald's makes sure your fries are hot before u leave 🤦 and ice cream machine is broken just like every other McDonald's. The truth is staff is just to lazy to clean it. Go to Stewart's or Wendy's the ice cream is better and always stocked

Grab n go. No tension. All fresh n hot. Takes care of stress n hunger. Better n affordable prices to calm our desires. Senior discount on the drinks n a mini McDonald is worth a try with mini French fries. Takes care of seniors, juniors, unemployed n hungry job seekers. The best deal

Awesome!! The associates there are so friendly & welcoming! It's the best McDonald's around in my opinion! It's neat & clean (new, too) but even the old building was neat & clean! Great menu and will accommodate special requests! They also have a child's playground inside if anyone is interested!

Good. is still the same. However, you wish to get more for what you pay. But the good thing is that you think twice before going to eat there. Not just for the prices but because the calories and fat you bring to your diet. Not good. Customer service have become a big issue in this kind of restaurants. It is bad. Too rude I will say.

Two fine people on your shift Charles R. And Cam R who are there tonight are amazing. They kept up with the orders and did it with the 2 of them. Keep up the good work
