Absolutely amazing service and food. The blueberry crumble tearm was one of the best teas I've ever had and hope they offer it for retail! The service was amazing and the venue and decor is spot on.

Just finished celebrating my mom's birthday here, and they really made us feel special. I placed a reservation online and said what we were celebrating they called to confirm my reservation. And even when I called to let them know we were running late they were so understanding. They had a special table for us and even a tea cup that said Happy Birthday for my Mom!! We both ordered the high tea with a small pot of tea and thank goodness we were hungry between the sandwiches and the sweet it's is hard to say what was the best. Everything was fresh and full of flavor the chocolate mousse cups being the favorite by a very narrow margin. Our tea blends were both delicious and they even have tea pot cozies to keep the tea warm. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great high tea with the atmosphere to match!!!!! Definitely calling in March to see if they will be open for Mother's day!!!!!

The food was great. The mushroom soup was full of flavors, and I loved that they didn't make it into puree, just blended enough for it to be in tiny pieces that you still feel and know that it was a mushroom. I also ordered vegetable lasagna, it was good, but a bit heavy, so it's a good choice to order it with a salad. They offer a variety of desserts, which are yum 😋

I had my daughter's baby shower here. There was great communication prior to the event. Everything was taken care of so we could all enjoy ourselves. The food was delicious and the service was attentive. It was the perfect day to welcome a new addition to our family!

Absolutely amazing experience at 7 Ladies Tea Parlor. The decor, the food and the service was top notch. Held my daughter’s birthday there in the private room upstairs. They were so thoughtful and took great care with the menu, even accommodating several food allergies. Can’t say enough good about this place. Such a special day.

Decided to treat myself for my bday. The service was excellent. The rooms were so pretty. The baked potato soup was delicious. The tea was good but had I thought of it ahead of time, I would have asked for stronger tea. Mine was too weak for my liking. My only complaint is red onions in the tuna. Can’t abide that. I don’t know why people insist on putting onions in tuna salad. They are so overpowering you can’t taste the tuna. But that’s the only flaw I found in this lovely place.

We LOVE this place! Always the most delicious food, quaint atmosphere, extremely polite and responsive waitresses and other staff, so overall 5/5! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you don't like tea, still give it a try! Their food is SO good!!! 👏🙌🫶❤

Every single food item I tried was great quality and even greater taste. The staff are very warm and friendly, and the prices are not outlandish as some teas parlors can be. I made reservations to come back again before I left the building. I would absolutely recommend coming here, for the food just as much as the tea!

Ordered pastries for my mom and twins tea party birthday and they were amazing. Very creative and tasty. Everyone from small children to older adults loved them all. We will be ordering again and would love to support this small business as they put their heart and soul into this business. Thank you again!

I met a friend for lunch and we were able to visit quite a while and talk. The tea and the food was delicious and served beautifully. The server was very helpful.

Our first time visiting seven ladies tea parlor the decor is absolutely beautiful The women that run it are delightful. The food was delicious looking forward to going back soon.

I had a milestone birthday party at 7 , Ladies Tea Parlor and it was perfect.. Jeanne is the best and so is her staff. Many of my guests had never had a tea parlor experience and many will be going back!!

So charming, food is high quality. The lady who runs it is exceptional great food. You need to try. The tea is awesome. Dishes are so adorable from vintage. Highly recommend.

My Granddaughter, great Granddaughter and I were so pleased with our visit to 7 Ladies Tea Room. My great Granddaughter was so excited to go to tea and her excitement was well rewarded. She drank her hot chocolate from a tea cup and showed me how you must hold your little finger up while drinking. Our waitress was so pleasant and attentive. Food was delicious and fresh.
We plan on making this a part of our Christmas plans from now on.
We may be going back soon as my great granddaughter thinks we should go every day!

My daughter and I stopped in for lunch today - the atmosphere was great, very traditional tea house. We tried 2 different teas, both were very flavorful. We had high tea, salad, and soup. Everything was delicious - especially the scones! We will be back.

What a fantastic little establishment. It seems to be a bit of a hidden gem in the Chardon area. I had lunch here with my parents; we were quite hungry and thus hesitant at first to eat at a tea room thinking the portions would be small. We were delighted to find that not only were the portions generous, the food was fresh, homemade, and absolutely delicious. The (iced) tea was wonderful too! Definitely get dessert if you go - it's worth it. Overall a truly special experience. The owner is so kind and welcoming. She even gave us some extra tomato bisque and tea cakes to go :) Highly recommend!

This was our second visit and was just as wonderful as the first. They were very kind to squeeze our reservation in. We tried the 7 Ladies House Blend tea which was wonderful to balance out the rich desserts. We got high tea and everything on the trays was delicious, and a nice blend of pastries, finger sandwiches, and sweets. Food was so good we ended the meal by ordering food to go for dinner.
Prices are on par with other Tea Houses, which is on the higher end but that's kind of part and parcel to this kind of dining.
We will happily be back again, this trip has solidified 7 Ladies as our favorite tea parlor.
PS the chicken salad sandwich is astounding, best we've ever had!

Lots of options for tea! (Obviously but there were a lot of types I didn't expect offered!)
For the two of us it was a little under fifty without the tip included, but well worth it! We each got a pot of tea and shared a three-tiered sampler plate of sweets and savory snacks. Then we were able to browse the shop in the back and upstairs, where we saw lots of handmade items that come from around the community.
We're already planning on visiting again! 💚

Visited today with my husband for our anniversary. Had the high tea and everything was absolutely delicious. Our waitress Stacey was so kind and knowledgable. Will definitely be going back.
