A month ago, I would have given them a five star rating. Lately however, I'd drop them to 3. The folks that work there are rude, and not customer service oriented.

Unfortunately, the Walgreens is NOT a full service FedEx location as the website states. It is only a drop off location, IF you have a preprinted label. They cannot create, pack or individually ship from here. Employee told me to go to Walmart location or the full service location at Harbison. Walmart closes at 6pm. Harbison at 7pm. Plan accordingly!
