Rich's Heating

Rich has serviced and repaired our boiler for the past 3 years. He is always incredibly helpful with explaining any issues and responsive to my calls. Today I noticed my boiler was leaking and he came out right away to service it. Turns out he is leaving for a vacation today, but he took the time to come help us out before he left. He really went above and beyond for us and his outstanding service deserves to be recognized. Thank you so much Rich! Have a great vacation!

Ive used Rich 3 times in the last year for various heating and ac problems and I am very happy i found him. Prompt, courteous and explains what is going on with the system in question. His fees are very reasonable compared to many of the bigger companies.

Woke up to a cold house during a cold snap, made a quick call and Rich's Heating came to my rescue. My furnace is old and can be challenging to deal with; they listened to me, listened to my furnace and were able to diagnose the issue. It was fixed in no time. Rich has years of experience, and was great to work with. While I hope I don't have another issue again soon; I do know who I will call if I do! Couldn't be any happier with the concern, care and quality of service I received from Rich's Heating.
