The most amazing MacDonalds in all of North America! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The level of service was a throwback to the good ole days. Not only were the staff friendly to patrons but extremely kind and polite to each other. This place need to be the model for ALL MacDonalds.

the best McDonalds we have ever been to! And, that says alot....All the workers were kind to each other, the store was super clean, the food was hot, and they offered help at the digital ordering, brought our food out, and offered to clear it. Fantastic!

Just ate here for the first time a few days ago. I gotta day the order taker with big dreads has the best customer service and great attitude. Everyone was super friendly. We ordered our usual double cheese burger with no mustard extra onions. Now usually we get just a little over the usual onion amount when we order like that but let me tell you we got hella onion this time. When we said extra onion they said we got you. That's what I'm talking about. Will definitely go back there again.

The employees were so nice and actually acknowledged I was inside wanting to order and didn't just ignore me to take care of drive thru.

My husband talked to a woman that has worked there since 2006! The food was fresh 😋🙌🏼

Had a wonderful birthday party for my 5 year old nephew. Even the manager came out to make sure we had everything we needed. Very friendly staff. Thanks!!

While they make mistakes as humans do, this location usually serves food hot and fast, and they manager is quick to make it right when you don’t get the fast food experience (fast, hot, consistent). Now if only the company would stop setting the prices like it’s fancy food!

Oh my word! We are from SC and come to see family in AL. I can always so that this place always has great food and you literally drive up and in seconds your food is ready, hot, and so good! Fries are my favorite and don't forget a milkshake to add as well. We can get the entire family so much food for $20.00. Staff can at times be kinda nonchalant but they stay focused on their orders and get it right so what can you say. 🤷

The food was hot and fresh but the young lady at the window seemed to be annoyed by being there. Maybe she was just having a bad day

I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich with a sweet tea. After paying I received my card back but no receipt nor was the receipt in the bag. My trusting nature got the better of me and I decided to trust the sandwich. As I got down the road I tried taking one bite. The bread and pickles were the only thing edible on this sandwich besides the breading on the chicken. The texture of the that of an raw oyster which you can chew all day long and not make a tare. About 15 minutes later I was able to come back to request they dump the rest of that chicken of they were holding any from that batch. The gentleman that took my payment previously was nice enough remake my sandwich which I'm pleased to say was cooked thoroughly. I hope that the gentleman and the lady at the window assisting him will get a good raise sometime in the future. Thank you for your service Villa Rica crew.

This location has come such a long way. I had a massive order and I swear I wasn't in the drive through more than five or six minutes before I was pulling off. No line, order was taken quickly, and food was ready as I arrived at the window. Given how poor the service has been post-fire, I'm impressed!

This is the best place for hamburgers for my little pups. Yea I know it's crazy but after umpteen years of them being with you they just like family. So I treat them to a plain hamburger. Service is fast and the burgers well they love them.

This is by far the best McDonald's experience I have had lately. The food was hot and delicious. To the young man working drive thru tonight you deserve a raise. I will definitely be back.

My 1st visit to this McDonald's and i can only compare it to the many others I've been in. Store was clean and clean tables were available. Employees seemed friendly. Restaurant clearly visible from the road but a little difficult getting in and out of. Our order was filled correctly and our food was great. Above average McDonald's.

They have the best coffee, very pleasant not bitter at all. Must have been a fresh pot. One of the few fast food places that serve a hot fresh cup of coffee.
