From my experience this is one of the best McDonald’s in the area. Way better than the one in Douglasville. Great customer service and I didn’t have to wait long. Everything I ordered was made the way I asked.

Please keep your hours updated for holidays, don’t appreciate driving out when everything says you’re open for Christmas, only to see a taped up piece of paper saying “we’ll be closed early Christmas Eve and open the day after Christmas” in several more words. Best fast food experience ever. I got confused on how to do app order I'd never done it and the employees helped me learn and were the absolute nicest well mannered helpful people I've encountered in a long time. Love this McDonald's food was hot fresh and delicious. Will definitely be back 😊

McDonald's was awesome. I LOVE the steak bagels and they don't have them at home in Arizona so when I travel I search for them. It was fresh & very good! I am in heaven (for now)

It's McDonald's always a gamble. Get update that my order is on its way out....10 mins later have to ask someone about my order. 5 mins later food comes out.

I was pleasantly surprised with the lady who took my order and the one who gave it to me at their level of friendliness. That's not my typical experience at McDonalds but this one was great.

Although this is a typical McDonald's, the staff was very friendly. Everyone said good morning and smiled. The food came out quickly and was hot.

I called on my way back and spoke with a Mark. He is the guy! He saved this review! He brought my quarter pounder out to spot number 6 with remarkable service! He was amazing! 👏👏👏🙌🫶

I ordered one double quarter meal no bun and one mcdouble no bun and only received the mcdouble! I chose the drive thru because I was in a hurry and didn't have much time. I received my kid's orders just fine and the person working the window informed me that BOTH of my "no bun burgers" were in the separate bag. I believed them and drove away. Well I was informed wrong and now I am starving with no time to stop and get something else. 😡

I criss cross ATL daily, this location truly embraces the "cafe" theme. That may not sound like much but when you're starting to spend 10 $12 for a fast food, I personally find it more palatable because the ladies there wear basic makeup, nothing over the top, friendly and serving me helps because I usually use the restroom before eating. Meaning I don't want my meal being just left on the counter as other competitors do.

This is NOT for the entire store but for one particular young lady. If you’ve been here through the drive thru around 8 a.m., then you already know who she is. Usually on the first window. She’s not only super sweet, helpful and genuinely kind. She knows her mobile app!!! I hope the lady at the first window gets credit for this. You know who you are. I’m so taken back by your friendliness customer service and your contagious smile. You are genuinely a beautiful person who still cares and provides top notch service EVERY TIME I SEE YOU. I tell you that when I come through. I also thank you. We never really know what one us experiencing. Thank you for your kind vibes!!!

Fast Service, but the food is barely warm. You can tell when the cheese has no melt

This McDonalds is one of the best I’ve ever been to. The employees are kind and helpful despite the fact that they’re short staffed and working their butts off. I had to wait for a while and there was a mix up but the employees were trying to make it right. Please remember that these people are working their butts off so you can have the convenience of fast food and they can make a living. And even after me waiting they still delivered the food with a smile.

Mirror Lake McDonald's is awesome
Usually a long line, BUT it goes really fast! Food is hot and the order's have been correct! As far as the staff, polite and a smile 😃 !!!
Maybe Hwy5, McDonald's should take a good look at Mirror Lake McD
and re-staff. Otherwise, flush 5!!!

They even cater to those on an egg white diet. Friendly. Good service.

On my visit, I found this eating establishment to be well maintained with skilled staff, and I anticipate it should be the case upon wrap-up of what I assume is issues related to completion of their remodel. More specifically, i am referencing issuse such as their sign, business & parking lot night time lighting, which all were not illuminated on this visit through the drive thru. If not for the cars already in line in the drive thru we wouldn't have stopped as the business appeared to be shut down. An I do mean appeared to be shut down, not just closed. The tint on the businesses street, traffic facing, windows is so unnecessarily dark considering how few there are that it was as if not even the interior security backlights were off, there were no lights in the parking lot on, nor on the business, though once at full back, behind, the restaurant, one drive thru menu was illuminated, however that's not visible from the street with the landscaping. The street sign, the trademark arches, were dark and unlit as well.

If this was due to neglect of the staff or the staff deliberately shutting off all the lights to discourage further business to close early your corporate or franchise staff should look into that, well that is if your business wants or needs those sales to exceed projected sales, as 3 cars turned around after seeing us pull in so there's no way to estimate how much business the location was, is or will be continuing to miss if this is still as it was at 9:00 that night.

Service is fast and extremely well put together. I always get Fresh fries and who doesn't want their McDonald's fries fresh ?!!.
