Dunkin'

Good drinks but the workers are ALWAYS miserable..I feel like I'm bothering this one lady whenever I come to order LoL it's morning don't they expect it to be busy

Great experience!! I showed up today and some equipment was under repair. So the friendly staff offered to make me a handmade hot chocolate and it was Amazing!! Great taste, and A lot of flavorr. They went over the top in customer experience. Thank Youu.🥳

Coffee was good after I bring it back and had her make it over so today I got another coffee coffee was terrible I threw it out maybe they need to retrain the guy who made my coffee today too

This place is always slammed, but the team they have in there is like a well oiled machine. Casey (I think she's a supervisor)is amazing!! Make sure you tip this team... show your appreciation!!

One employee was VERY rude to my grand mother who doesn’t speak English to good, and another employee came up to us when we finished ordering and said “report her, you shouldn’t be treated that way.” And gave us the phone number. We did and we got a call back saying she got fired from Dunkin. I wish I could see that employee who gave us the number, and say thank you.

This is our go to Dunkin! All of the staff we come into contact with go out of their way to make sure my kids are satisfied no matter what it takes...to a 2 year old and a 6 year old picking a donut and drink choice is life or death. They have created specialty drink mixes for them, cooled down hot drinks and heated up cold drinks. They never fail to make every trip and experience personal and well worth the time it takes!

Had great service here after I was treated like dirt At the Dunkin on 192 Division St. Well what do you know the vanilla chai that the Dunkin on division Street said doesn’t exist got served to me with a smile at the Dunkin’ Donuts on Cedar appreciate their service thank you for a job well done

No inside at all, only walk up or drive thru. Same food options available though

I go here every morning to get my coffee and they finish what I'm asking for before I do they're so used to me very sweet very kind ladies that work there

Went to your dunkin donuts on cedar st in pawtucket rhode island made my purchase cashier did not give me my debit card back I ask for my card back please and she insisted she gave it back this went on for about 5 minutes in the meantime my card was used at 403 PM to make my purchase at 411pm my card was used at 411 pm this was saturday on may 30th made the purchase at 403pm

Jake Is absolutely a sweetheart and welcomed us with respect and had patience with us, if I had a Dunkin’ I would definitely hire him for sure! Thank you JAKE!

Good service but you need to pay for a hot cup if you purchase a cold drink and want the cup to keep it cold
