Ordered balloons online weeks in advance for pick up on a Saturday- they were ready and waiting for me! Staff was so nice considering they had a 45 minute wait for balloons and some not so nice customers.

PSA to customers: it’s not the employees fault you waited till last minute to get balloons day of for your event! Order ahead of time/online.

They have everything here love it expensive but definitely worth it great quality items!!

I called the Bristol Place/Attleboro location with a complicated balloon order that was fairly large, and pretty last minute. Evan spent almost half an hour on the phone with me checking their stock and making sure I had everything I needed for my order. Thoughtful and patient service all around!

I always find stuff here when I am asked to do a last minute minute project. Love the selection!!!

The two young people working were very helpful and took care of me and got me on my way very quickly. I had told them I was in a hurry and they responded. 5 stars for them.

O M G !!!!! 😱 There is so much stuff to look at !!!!!! 😳 I really like going to this store and u need at least an hour or more to do ALL the aisles. They have everything you need for setting up a party in all different theme's from young to old. The prices are reasonable too. Also they have LOADS of candy 😋 !!!!! I have so much fun when I go there!! And the balloons are really cool. It's a fun store for kids and adults too!!!!! 😁❣

Recent we had been here for supplies of my kids Birth day party- Since we had no idea what to select and ware so confused. The staff understood our situation and requirement; she was very helpful with different ideas and options to ease out purchase experience. Even though there was an very rude old lady customer. I will give full for the staff and the shop

Came in to pick up some balloons for my daughters birthday party and I had the pleasure of being helped by Leilani, i was indecisive about what to get however she showed me the large selection you guys had and i was amazed about how eager she was to help, my daughters balloons and decorations are perfect thanks to her!! I definately reccomend to ask for her if you are ever unsure of anything!

The staff were very helpful. I had found a product online (only one in hand) and when I got to the store I couldn't find it on the shelf. The manager on duty assisted me and was able to find and purchase what I went there for. Very helpful.

I go every week to renew my daughter's shark balloon and elmo balloon. And for that, I have to say the store does the job. Can't find anything else in the store I'd ever buy but I'm not much of a birthday person.

Fatou S. ROCKS! My son told me last minute he needed stuff for his prep rally at school So I rushed out of work and called everywhere Dollar Tree, Walmart and a few others and everyone was rude and not helpful so I called party city and Fatou answered my call. A true angel she was as she helped me over the phone get things for my son and bring them up front. She also went above that and asked her manager to not lock the doors until at least 8:59 because I was almost there and the manager agreed :).. So thankful to both of them for helping me out! Keep rocking ladies...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Was looking for something they didn't have and one of the girls offered to call other stores for me, even though she was clearly busy.

Any party in a pinch. Plus year round Halloween costumes. Never had any problem with this place. Well... Okay, it's not even a problem for the most part, but what's up with the music they play? It's like bad karaoke. But that's it, no real problem

Overpriced & rediculous ! I went in there looking for white M& Ms candies. They had a small bag - for $ 6.99. I got a few other small trinkets & went to check out. Then I went next door to Market Basket- & found a larger bag of Red, White& Blue M& Ms for the same price ! I got them, along w/ a few other items& returned the white only bag to Party City. I would only go there if there is no other alternative. They are way overpriced on most things for what you get& I think it is rediculous !

Lots of party bag stuffers at good prices . Other items pretty inexpensive to give as gifts i was surprised to find as well

Customer service was great Raylene Rock was very pleasant and have a smile on her face I appreciate that it was busy And I did not affect her customer service

Always find what I am looking for...even if I don't quite know when I walk in...so many ideas pop right into my head as soon as I walk around a little bit...
