Brooke's House Coffee and Chocolate

I had an absolutely delightful 2 pieces of cappuccino milk chocolate truffles, the creamiest caramel frappe of my life and the best bacon, egg and cheese on potato bread -with the THICKEST bacon- from a restaurant EVER!!! I was told at the nearby gym that I absolutely HAD to try this place and I'm here to tell you... They didn't lie!!! GET IN HERE!! They have the cutest lil spot to sit and people watch the parking lot while you eat also! Enjoyed my time here even more knowing that this benefits the lovely ladies in recovery in the local area. GO LADIES!!! SOBER ROCKS AND LOOKS AWESOME ON YALL!!!!

Great atmosphere, nice employees, extremely cheap prices for what you get, homemade chocolates, muffins and chocolate pretzel sticks with alot of gift ideas for special occasions. They serve soup

This is genuinely one of my favorite coffee shops I've ever been to. I'm new to town and have already been here several times. Everything about this place is amazing, especially the cause that it supports. I love the coffee and the sweets here. Definitely will be my permanent go to for coffee.

The house coffee, which happened to be a medium/dark roast during my 1st visit, was excellent! My pastry paired extremely well with my coffee. The chocolates are pretty good too! Plenty of seating. The staff was very welcoming and positive, which always makes going out anywhere a much more pleasant experience. Overall, this place is awesome and an asset to the community.

Baristas are friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. The coffee is great! Perfect place to stop on my way to work.

Yesterday I went to Brooke’s House Coffee and Chocolates to buy Christmas gifts. Jade helped me with my purchases and she was was very friendly, helpful and extremely pleasant! 😊 I have patronized Brooke’s House many times and am always greeted with friendly smiles. The young ladies who work there are such hard workers and are always in motion. I’ve never seen any of them on their phones or just standing around which is very refreshing. Hagerstown is so blessed to have such an incredible gourmet chocolate shop. Keep doing what you are doing Brooke’s House! ❤

I’ve been to many different coffee shops all up and down the east coast. This is the best coffee shop I’ve been to for a top-tier combination of great customer service, quality food and drinks and the best Toffee Nut Frappe I’ve ever had. And I’ve had A LOT! It’s so hard to do Toffee Nut based drinks correctly. Brooke’s House did it. 5 stars. Will definitely be back.

I love this shop! The employees are always very welcoming and the treats are the best around. Chocolates made in-house are my favorite. The execution from everything from decor to packaging is top notch...and it supports a great cause.

Today was my first visit to Brooke's House Coffee. I got a dirty Chai latte. It was delicious! Not too sweek or spicy. Perfect!! My companion got the Pina Colada smoothie and said the same, delicious! Next time I will get some chocolates. Everything looked so good. Our barista was super nice too.

Hands down, best coffee around. I always look forward to starting my day with a great coffee served with a smile! Witnessing these ladies overcome their struggles, regain self love, and have a sense of purpose is inspiring and is a reminder that life is good! Love this mission!

We stopped by this coffee shop on the way to Washington DC and it’s one of the best coffees that we have tasted. Lots of chocolate options and yummy truffle treats. The staff is friendly and after learning about the story behind the coffee shop, I admire this place even more!

Brook's House Coffee and Chocolate is open now! We drove by and saw that the sign was lit tonight. We stopped in and everyone was so friendly! We are super excited to see them finally open. This should be a regular stop for our PenMar Coffee Club.

Just tried this place for the first time. What an amazing atmosphere and mission that they have. And the DRINKS! Holy moly this is the best coffee Ive had in a loooong time. Will be coming back!

They serve the best mocha frappe I’ve ever had. Better than Starbucks or anywhere else I’ve tried. The inside is very welcoming and cozy.

They were very friendly and very professional. I like that the business helps people in need and gives then a 2nd chance or the skills to motivate them to do better. I have never had to be in the situation but I believe people can change and do better with TLC and a boost to help give them a chance at recovering from whatever it is they are going through. I enjoyed the Frappe and my boyfriend loved his black coffee. It was very smooth and rich in flavor. Thank you so much ladies. Have a wonderful year!

Take my clients on a regular basis. Staff is very caring for the four of them. And I love the atmosphere it is very relaxing and calm.

The truffles we tried were delicious and were a great companion for the coffee which was also good.

Bonus that everything supports women rebuilding their lives.
