It was an impressive first visit! Made an appointment for the very next day. Every interaction either in person, phone call or email Micheal has been professional & knowledgeable answering all our questions giving us the info. to make a decission without pushing us. We thought we already had another builder picked out until walking into KHov & the product won us over! Excited to say my husband & I met with Micheal last weekend & we are building our dream home with KHov!!

Sales lady walked through the homes with us and answered all our questions. Very excited to explore the floor plans. The Rockford is very bright inside, I loved it.

We built out home with K Hov which was on our own lot and completed in January 2022. Worst decision ever. So many issues with the home. Wrong carpet, site manager said we didn't order a rail along a portion of our stairs but it's in my blue prints.... We were charged for it twice in the end. So much was wrong with our home... And that doesn't even include how they left the land as they said "final grade"..... It was horrible. No way to have a yard when they didn't even spread the top soil. Tail light warranty. A bunch of repairs that we had to do ourselves because they only come out a few times in the year of that tail light warranty..... Disgusting craftsmanship. Highly do NOT recommend. Truly wish, in the worst way, that we would have used a different builder.

We built a house with K Hovnanian that was completed April 2021. This is the 3rd home I've had built. No problems with the other two homes. The absolute worst company you could ever use. Warranties are completely useless. It doesn't matter if it's a flooded basement, whole upstairs flooring creaking, they will not fix anything regardless of warranty. We took them to arbitration and won and then we would have had to take them to arbitration a second time just to get them to fix it right (each arbitration costs the homeowner $600). It was easier for us to pay out of pocket and have our own guy fix it. I wish I could give minus stars. You will get a poorly built house with no warranty.

After weeks of calling and emailing we finally got an appointment back in April. After that appointment we paid a deposit to get the process going and felt good. Unfortunately, that changed very quick. Everything is always 2 weeks and then after that 2 weeks they say 2 more weeks. Communication is just plain awful. If we weren't so deep in the process now over 3 months in we would absolutely run, and I advise anyone pondering going here to run. Nobody emails or calls back and if they do it's just lies you're given to appease you to keep stringing you along for another 2 weeks. We were told our quotes were turned in only to find out after 3 weeks they actually weren't turned in and then they were but it would be another 2 weeks. Reached out in May to find out about permits and after still not receiving an answer I reached back out again only to find out that person doesn't even work there anymore and I'm still waiting to get an answer about permits I need to work on. In July I'm being asked to provide forms I already provided back in April, and I have proof of those forms being emailed and that email being responded to which means they just lost my forms and are just now asking for them again. Process has truly just been excruciatingly painful and awful and I wouldn't wish this stress on anyone.

Tried to stop in today, said it was open online, but when I arrived they were not open.
