Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

In all of my 38 years of life I have never had DQ fries that were hot fresh and crispy. They are always sad and soggy. Today at this DQ that all changed! Everything was perfect. Thank you!!

Different DQ location, Ashland, Oh. Employees moved with a sense of urgency. Bacon cheeseburger and chocolate shake was right on.

Everything was excellent, every time I go to this place I feel like a little kid again, everything was yummy!!!

Our food was given to someone else. When I asked about my order they said I got it. Took some convincing that I did not. They didn't bother to apologize. They need better management. Too many employees standing around or playing around instead of workkng.

Blizzards are awesome here (obviously), but I've been getting a chicken side salad and it is really good. Nothing too fancy, but it always hits the spot when I'm looking for something light. Cheese curds aren't too shabby either

Love the Ashland DQ. The food is great, (love the cheese curds), and you can never go wrong topping off the food with a chocolate malt!!! Friendly people and fast service.

Drive through (Ashland) Ordered a $7 meal deal. Great value (cheeseburger, med fry, med drink & a sundae) and all tasted good.

Wish we had DQ with food service in Mansfield!

Dairy Queen has the best bacon cheeseburger every time me and my kids get food there I swear we spend like $60 it's worth $60 their food's delicious, and so is there blizzards and their kids meals. Who doesn't love Dairy Queen.

I love visiting the Ashland DQ when I'm in the area. I especially like the chicken strip meal. I complete the on line survey so when I get my lunch, I enjoy a free Butterscotch Dilly Bar. Can't beat that!! Thanks DQ!

A good place to for a quick meal alone or with someone.

Great for a quick lunch. The food is good. I enjoy the chicken strip basket usually and the banana split Blizzard is my favorite.

Employees very nice and helpful. Everything was shiny and clean . Just stopped in to pick out an already made birthday cake and I was able to have birthday wishes wrote on it, with very nice writing, no sloppy, hurried handwriting that you sometimes get with a last minute pickup.

Went through the drive thru the other day and Lacie and the girl running drive thru with her were very kind and understanding when my order was messed up. Amen to all the works at Dairy Queen the food is amazing!

The food here, for the most part, is very good. Of course, they have some of the best ice cream and treats. The workers are typically friendly. Service is usually fairly quick.

tl;dr skip the drive thru if there are two or more cars and go inside.
I love DQ Blizzard's. The burgers are pretty good too and the staff is always pleasant. Understand that this isn't a typical 'fast food' joint and your most likely not going to have a 90sec ticket time. Expect to wait 3 - 5min or expect a teenager to rush your order because your flashing a death stare through the window. I've never worked at a DQ but I'm obsessive and compulsive and occasionally order just to watch the process of Blizzard's being made. It takes time, so it's a good opportunity to practice patience, and the reward is so sweet!

Best ice cream cakes.

Food and ice cream were really good. The cashier seemed to be in a hurry so I cut our order short. In all though it is great place to go.

Even a cold, snowy evening couldn't keep us away from DQ! Haha! Fast, fabulous service as always.
