Starbucks

This is probably the friendliest Starbucks that I have ever been to. My husband ordered just coffee and had his to go mug. They rinsed it out, then filled it with hot water to heat the thermos while taking my order so his cup would be hot. It was only 50 cents for a refill. More than one employee told us to have a good day and thanked us for coming. Again, the friendliest Starbucks we have ever been to.

I had the chance to try a mint Java chip, and omg! It tastes like mint chip ice cream... I loved it so much! My daughter got to try her first cake pop and was not disappointed! Yummy on all home fronts!

This is the absolute best Starbucks! I hope and pray all staff get a huge bonus for taking it to the next level. So many businesses now days have slack staff and mediocre drinks and food. These folks rock!!

Nice little starbucks and great service.

Had to make a stop for some coffee the other week on our way up to Virginia to visit family. Staff at this location was the most friendliest I've ever encountered. Great job and it was a wonderful experience all around. Thank you for everything and the coffee wasn't bad either. My mother n law loves the pink drink with almond milk.

Tatiana was very nice, patient, and polite. Great service, nice and clean shop.

This is our goto Starbucks when traveling up the i77. Easy on/off access. Staff is always very helpful. They have a drive thru, but we always go in for a short break.

I really appreciate the service Rosie gives, she is kind, welcoming & quick to fix a problem or anything that was missing from my order. Her over-the-top service is greatly appreciated!

I'm the lady in the orange subaru that comes for the same thing every week; iced Chai tea and a chocolate croissant. The staff is always so friendly and get my order perfect every time. Once, my card was declined and they told me not to worry about it even when I was prepared to pay twice the normal price the next time to make up for it. Great store! Will be coming here for a long time to come!

Statesville Starbucks makes the best drinks. They seem like they really care how your order looks and that it's what you ordered.

I'm not usually a 5 star kind of gal because I am a true critic who can find something to complain about in anything (my favorite curse), but this place seriously has its work cut out for it. Their employees are always super friendly, helpful, and very intuitive. They dont just want to serve me coffee, they want to make sure I enjoy what they give me. Their coffee is always amazing and they offer such healthy alternatives unlike certain coffee places. Price is a little more than regular coffee places, but for the convenience, the quality, and the service? It's worth the extra dollar.

This location is not the most convenient to get to with all the constant construction and it's nearly hidden down the hill, I usually always drive passed it and have to turn around, but the staff makes up for all that. They are always so friendly and accommodating unlike the store on Turnersburg Hwy. I messed up and ordered from a different location, went to this one, and realized what I had done when they didn't have my mobile order. The awesome team made my drink and didn't charge me for it! I highly recommend this store if you are in Statesville!

The guys were really friendly. I showed them a picture and he was incredibly helpful without making me feel stupid. The 3 drinks I ordered for my group were made fast and correctly. Clean inside.

Today was the first time in a long time I had friendly and curious service. The young lady at the register who had short dark brown hair and a beautiful smile also had the personality to go with it. The other girls the same. I hope you can keep them. Thank you

I have been to this Starbucks a number of times and the customer service is excellent. When I go in the mornings, Jocelyn is always there and is friendly and remembers my order. The staff and service at this location is top notch and that's saying alot for a company where you always get great customer service. I am a business traveler and I always enjoy coming to this location. Keep up the good work

Another great Starbucks! They were very knowledgeable at this specific location which came in very helpful when ordering something kid friendly for the first time. Who knew anything on the frappe menu could be ordered with no caffeine or theres always the chocolate milk option 😘
