Ashley and Lori helped me today and gave superb customer service. I accidently ordered the wrong thing and they fixed it really quick without any issues. Thanks ladies have a great holidays.

I was in the drive-through but then after ordering realize I left my wallet at home and they were the greatest. They went out ahead and gave me my order and they turned a bad day into a fantastic day. They are awesome I love their service.

Top notch. I just wish there was less turn over of workers since I visit so often.

Lori and some of the other ladies at this store are the BEST they make visiting Starbucks a treat. This by far is the best location, it can get busy but I’d rather wait for a smiling face than poor customer service at other locations.

This store has the most consistent tasting frap so I try to go to this store rather then any other tanks

First time in this location and was instantly amazed at how spacious and relaxing it felt in there due to not being so crammed together. The staff was super courteous and hospitable...definitely making this my new go to spot 🤙🏽

When my doghter Tiffany and I arrived first thing in the morning today we were immediately greeted in a very warm and welcoming manner not unlike what one may experience from someone who maintains harmony and synergy in their daily life. Those who are contagiously joyous are more valuable and do more for the customers day than the caffeine in the cup that first brought them there

This Starbucks location ALWAYS makes my drink just right and are always greeting everyone through the door no matter how busy they are. No matter if I mobile order or go thru drive thru I can always count on them doing my drinks the perfect way. I primarily do mobile orders because I always hit rush hour before work, but I can always count on them having it ready before my shift. Keep up the great work guys! All of you are awesome!!!

[in my opinion] To assess a brand as recognizable as the one in question... With as much research and development as there is... The driving force of repeated business with the same customers isn't what is being provided [between competitors] but rather... WHO. Their quality of character, who they are. Not just an agree-with-everything person -but someone who treats others how they want to be treated. Jose, Manuel and Jorge are the individuals of honor in this review. Not the establishment. It's these individuals who make this Starbucks.... My Starbucks.

New location in Palm Desert. Good location with friendly service. Indoor is large and relaxing. My favorite place to chill and reflect on the happenings of the day.

Update: this location has become my favorite local Starbucks location

Update 3... Still my favorite local coffee shop with nice relaxing atmosphere.

The Macha tea latte is so freaking good that it has me coming back for more every chance I get. The La Quinta store on 111 is filled with very sweet and hard-workig people who assured me that they will amount always have what I want.

Phillip is a genuine soul! A true hard worker! Chatted with us while we were waiting for our drinks making a personal connection. Starbucks is very fortunate to have a great employee like Phillip!

I love this location! They always have what you want but all the other starbucks are pretty BUNK Sadly. It's like if your ALWAYS running out of something then as a manager fix it and order 😏 its not rocket science🤷‍♀
