Employees need more training on how to wait on people. Listening to the customer when placing an order goes a long way in getting orders correct. And customer services needs improvement when greeting customers. A smile, I will be with you in a minute, thank you for waiting is all it takes to make customers happy. I believe this all falls on management to make sure employees are doing this.

The food is good but the fries. What happened to hot fries. The last time I got fries they were like pieces of wood. I just order without fries now. There are homeless people around and it’s a little scary. Better security should be hired to keep customers safe. Our little town don’t have police out and about. They are all watching us on security monitors. Sometimes you need real live cops protecting its citizens.👮🏻‍♀✌🏽

Today, as I was waiting in line to place my order, there was an irrate customer in front of me. The man was upset because he wasnt reveiving his app rewards. The employee helping him was named Nicholas. I was really impressed with how he handled the situation and took care of the customers needs. He remained calm and professional.

Food was fresh and fast. I did curbside pickup and the associate was friendly and spoke to me to ensure the accuracy of the order. The area is a bit rough but taking that into consideration the restaurant looked clean from the outside.

We just ordered 2 mc chicken and they gave us the wrong order. We got 2 double quarter pounder meal and 2large fry. Don't live in kerman so didn't check the bag till half way. So the guys working. I'm sorry. But I was also hungry.

We ordered at the counter and the staff was friendly. We made minor changes to the food and it all came out quickly and accurately. While we were eating an employee came by to check on us and see if we needed anything, then brought us ketchup. The bathroom and dining room were both clean.

Lived in kerman then moved to fresno. Came back to kerman n found the mc Donald's redone and had a great experience on the drive thru. Customer service was good. Took my order in and food came out fast n tasted fresh. 😋

I hadn't been at this location in A while. It was clean compared to the one in Walmart. The fries were fresh and hot and were made in clean oil. The only thing that was wrong was that they put the special order sticker on the wrong burger, so I didn't get the burger the way I wanted it.

Fast friendly service. Sharri, lupe & Celia are excellent managers with a good crew. Clean facilities in the kerman area. Keep it up

Always here for the coffee either hot or iced! Try it with a shot of Expresso! It's the best way to get your morning started or finish up your afternoon 😊

MCdonalds is a great place to go eat. A lot of people say all kinds of things about MCdonalds. I really like their food. My favorite food are the Mcribs and the Big Macs.

I just love their fresh fries and fish fillets. bun is sooo soft and warm. Mmmmmmmm

I grew up eating. Service changes all the time but noone makes delicious fries like McDonald's
