So, really wonderful person worked with me. Jasmin. Truly spent quality time with me to have everything explained to me, options, and good feedback from him. And to add, I arrived at 5:15 pm, a few customers in the store, closes at 6 pm, and with extra effort, stayed till 7:15 pm to complete my purchase and cellphone installation. I felt very fortunate to have this extra work and support. Very gracious.

My experience at this location was possibly one of the best customer service experienced. The store manager Jasmin really goes above and beyond for us as customers. She makes your time there well spent. Really makes you feel appreciated and welcomed. Definitely my go to location and will be referring her and this location to others. Thank you for the amazing service.

Julian was very helpful. The store was busy and the associate I worked with day before was helping another customer. Julian ended up closing out my purchase for me even though he wasn't going to be making commission off it. Either way he was very friendly and patient. The fact that his good attitude didn't change regardless of commission really stood out to me.

Great experience at this location. Had the pleasure of working with Jasmin, hands down best service I've ever had in the mobile phone business. She took the time to take care of all my needs while multitasking and dealing with other customers seamlessly. Very patient, very caring and a true professional. Will definitely be coming back and recommending this location to my friends. Thank you!

Maria went above and beyond to help me with a warranty issue. She set us up with a new phone and new tablet after all the mess we had to go through. I was very pleased with her efforts to find a solution. Her customer service was great and was translating everything to my husband so he was in the loop of everything to make final decisions on our plan. Thanks again Maria !

Amanda helped me when I was totally frustrated with my dinosaur iPhone. She is the most pleasant person!!!! Very upbeat, happy, and always had a smile!!!! Even when my phone wasn’t cooperating to transfer my information to my new phone. Not to mention I only had a limited time to buy and transfer information. She was definitely working under pressure, but kept a smile while still trying everything to get it to work. It wasn’t done in the allotted time I had, but I really didn’t mind, because she was just an awesome person to be around!!!! She was honestly like one of my daughters (family)!!!!! I will be back in a few days to pick up my ordered items, and really look forward to seeing her!!! Thank you Amanda, for making a what could’ve been an awful frustrating ordeal, into an absolute pleasure!!!! 🥰 Even with COVID-19 and having to wear masks. See you in a few days.

Jasmin was an excellent rep. She was able to answer all my needs. She had a great attitude and was able to make sure I was set with my oldies on pandora as well. All the information I needed was given to me and wont be seeing any surprises down the road. Jasmin was so great and I will be going to kerman more often for my Verizon needs

Amazing I felt like a valued customer before and after signing up. Huge thank you to Nicholas for all his hard work, patience, and knowledge. Price was my biggest concern but I'm very happy with it because he informed me about what I get in my plan for the price!

Small location but very nice and helpful staff, very efficient and proficient staff. Went in to pay my bill ask some questions and got everything done with a matter of minutes. Mask are required to enter and 6ft apart is practiced there also, they also have a limited amount of people allowed to enter for our safety. Overall great experience helpful staff.

Customer service was great! Jesse was very helpful! I Upgraded my phone and my information from the old phone was not transferring and he stayed after closing time to help me.

Friendly, knowledgeable and considerate of what you're looking for in a low pressure environment. Definitely a good case of what Verizon should expect out of its reps: personable and tuned to your needs. Just make sure to be clear of your needs, they're good reps, no mind readers
