Very professional very nice employees I ordered a large caramel frappe with extra caramel and I was 16 cents short and the young lady that took my order was so nice and helpful she helped me out with it I didn't catch your name but she had long brown hair in a ponytail with glasses and she was kind of chubby but such a sweetheart I really appreciate it this McDonald's is always getting my order right and when they don't get it right they make it right they don't argue with me like the Western avenue one does they're very fast at getting stuff done especially when they're very busy they are very polite very respectful very helpful and very professional unlike the Western avenue McDonald's here in Marion Indiana I highly recommend coming to Baldwin avenue McDonald's instead of the Western avenue McDonald's

They were great gave me my food hot and served me with politeness and respect and made sure I was happy they went all the way to make sure my kids and family were happy thank you guys so much!!!

One of the best mcdonalds I've ever been to. Normally I don't eat, my kids of course love the happy meals but this time I did eat and it was good! Fast, fresh, clean, friendly 👌

The cashier was awesone with my grandson. He will be 7 and i let him order for himself. The cashier asked him questions and he answered ... He loved that he placed his own order. I really appreciated the patience & kindness she displayed.

I'm a delivery driver and this was my first time picking up here. The order was spot-on and ready when I arrived..

Stopped in the drive through for my sister for breakfast and coffee. Good value, quick service.

I had them cook my chicken sandwich a little extra. NOT a good idea...just saying

As most of us know not all McDonald's are the same. Food quality, service, status of the milkshake or frappe machine questionable.... But this McDonald's is pretty consistent. Usually everything works and food is fresh and hot. Plus the service is always good and the people are friendly. Good job!

I eat here regularly because it is near my shopping area.

Girl at counter was friendly. They did forget one of my fries but when I told her she apologized and got them for me. Ive been other places when they act rude or its an inconvenience when you tell them somethings wrong so I appreciated her.

Food was good, fresh, and hot.

Food at this location is always cold and feels like its been sitting forever. After 5pm ran by all teenagers who could care less. Expect to wait 10-15 min for a cheeseburger in the drive-thru even if you're the only car.

Love the app typically. Today it didn't let me park and have them bring it out. I had to go inside but they were very fast still

McDonald's South can do better specifically a girl at in side cash register during lunch I just wanted a sandwich & a drink I was ticket # 147....then I heard 149...I was being very patient but becoming aggravated then a nice lady finally said this man waiting on his sandwich & drink. But The North McDonald's I give 5 Stars

Thank you! Thank you! I am thankful for the service i received from Lodonna - sorry if not correct- She was very courteous to me and my children. She took the time to speak to my children which i really appreciate. During this busy time of day i was there the ladies - sorry didn't get their names- were helpful, understanding and friendly, even after my child spilled a drink. I appreciate you all!

The only one of two sites in town that allows the use of their App for drive up or pickup orders. Today was National French fry day. Very busy at lunch time.

Friendly people. Super slow in the afternoon but other than that its pretty good all around.

Very clean store and polite employees. They got my order right as well compared to the other 2 McDonald's I've been to in Lafayette wich were horrible experiences.

The order automation translates to no person at the counter, this chain has become drive thru focused.
