Hampton Inn Marion

The stay was Amazing!! The customer Service was A++. Everytime we come, we always have a great time. The pool was warm and the Jacuzzi was hotter! People sure Love to Leave bad Reviews for EVERYTHING! I just wanted to show Hampton some Love. Hampton Customer Service even allowed us to stay an extra hour. GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!

Had a comfortable three day stay. The staff was so amazing and friendly. This location is nicely located outside the city and close to nice restaurants down the road. Rooms were good overall. I slept great and it was quiet but I was there from TUE to FRI morning. Floors are a bit dirty. Coffee was amazing! Seriously, their free coffee is delish! Area is really safe and hotel is a good step up from the lower quality hotels. I'll stay here again for sure!

I have worked at some hotels , and let me say it hard to keep up with every need. But tonight I was showed the up most respect, and the couple at the desk , Kevin & Raygen actually showed me what no other hotels have. They absolutely was respectful and attentive
They met every need that my family had. It's also my birthday and they made sure that my stay was more than comfortable.
The only problem we had was when we came into our room my husband wanted it to be perfect, unfortunately the conplnary coffee area was tossed everywhere and was as well dirty. I was assured that they would take extra measures to have the house keeper to slow down and go back over her work. This world isn't perfect,but let me tell you the the 2 front desk on 3rd shift was amazing! I will be giving tips to those two when I check out. Thanks KEVIN AND RAYGEN! And the GM, Sheila Tyree

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean, breakfast was good. Everything was in working order. Best hotel in the area. No complaints. Already booked my next stay

Checkin was smooth; front desk staff was extremely friendly; we brought our pets and sometimes pet friendly hotels aren’t the cleanest but our room was very clean; parking lot was well lit; breakfast area was clean and food was good; close to local restaurants; I can’t say enough about the quality of service; great staff…..

The hotel staff was wonderful! Customer service was on point with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies everyday! I also observed many of the workers cleaning the common area where complimentary breakfast was served very thoroughly. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay for ducktail run and james dean show. Variety of restaurants within a couple of miles. Hot is clean and you feel safe as a guest. Hot tub and pool are nice.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn with my dog while my son was attending a soccer id camp at IWU and the staff were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. The stove broke and the kitchen manager brought in her crock pot to be able to cook up some hot meals for the morning breakfast. I stay at a lot of hotels and a lot of Hiltons, but the service at this Hampton Inn was one of the best I have ever received. Kudos to all of the wonderful staff here!

This little gem is just off the beaten path but close enough to the main thoroughfares. The only complaint I had during my entire stay was a truck driver who couldn't figure out how to line the truck up, and kept putting it into reverse (with incessant beeping) late one night. The staff, however, were amazing - especially Shirley on the night shift! She saved my bacon and is my new bff!

The staff here is amazing. I was very impressed with how clean our room was and the beds were very comfortable. My whole family slept great. Many options at the complimentary breakfast. It's easy to see that the staff here takes pride in what they do. Their level of excellence is appreciated. Would definitely stay here again

The rooms were clean, the amenities were more than adequate for this price range, but it was more than that. This was a last minute booking for a family funeral. The entire staff went out of their way to accommodate us. It was not just accommodating the family members staying at the Hampton, but for all of our relatives that stopped by to see us while we were in town.
They made sure we had a place to gather and even brought our group some home-made cookies. They were very professional, but more; they were personal.

My wife and I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Marion, Indiana. We enjoyed our ttwo night stay. The desk staff was very helpful, the Head House keeper was a very sweet young Lady and Shelf Ashley had a Great Breakfast prepared each Morning. A great place to Book a Stay. Hampton Inn is the place my wife and I choose when we Travel. Thanks again. Dennis

I was a walk-in customer (no reservation). I paid about 162 (with taxes) for a king size bed. I slept well on a nice bed. There was no noise from the street to mention. The morning breakfast offerings consisted of scrambled eggs, French toast fingers, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, toppings, and more... The grounds around the hotel are nicely maintained.

It was a much needed stay just to relax. Everything was great. I have no complaints. Good breakfast, clean room, nice hotel, and even enjoyed the hot tub!

We used the meeting room for a baby shower. Ms Rachel and staff were all absolutely amazing! I can’t begin to express how great they were. Went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed & felt so welcomed. I would definitely recommend them.

One of the best complimentary breakfasts I've had. The eggs were fluffy, the bacon just the right amount of crispy, and plenty of fruit/yogurt options.

So let me start by saying that hands down. This is the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was amazing and the service was even better. Also the breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel. I believe everyone that works at this hotel should get a raise. Whenever I'm in town I won't stay anywhere else. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality...

Had a few day stay over the weekend of the Ducktail runrod and custom show. Just wanted to say thank you for everyting. All the staff I encountered were great. The girls at the front desk were very helpful before and during our stay. It was nice to be treated as a guest and a paying customer. Have had alot of bad experiences latley at other places but this stay gave me a little hope that things can hopefully get better. Thank you once again!

A typical Hampton Inn with clean rooms rooms and welcome well kept bathrooms. What I found the best part of this hotel was the friendly people both that check in on Sunday evening and check out on Monday morning. Very friendly and welcoming. I will stay here again.
