I'd strongly echo the other positive reviews of Mike's Auto Repair: fair prices, honest estimates, helpful suggestions without pressure, and excellent work. Plus, they go the extra mile--my repaired car was driven back to my home when I was unable to get a ride to the repair shop. They listen--and respond--to customers. Not always the case with businesses these days. Great service!

Mike's Auto was fantastic. I'm from out of town and come up to the area quite a bit. My tire pressure sensor went off and I found Mike's on Google. Their reviews are great! Todd was a pleasure to work with. I called prior to see if they had capacity to look at a possible tire for repair. Todd got me in right away and I was out within 30 minutes. I can't even begin to thank Mike's properly. The quality of Customer Service and professionalism went above and beyond, more like it used to be in the olden days, harder to find places like this. Shout out to Seth for keeping us informed all along our repair. The guys at the front desk and the rest of the crew, all very professional and helpful. It has been a long time since I've been to a shop like this. Quality of work, A+. Price, extremely fair. Even the customers coming in to pick up their cars seemed happy to be walking in. I have brought my and my daughter's vehicles here several times. Both for routine maintenance and also for more complex repair issues. Mike's is honest and reliable. I had an emergency tire issue and called Mike’s Auto Repair (location closer to Lake Geneva downtown). While they were completely booked, they were so nice to refer me to their other location. I called Maggie at the Elkon location and she got me right in. They were all so nice and professional and had my tire fixed in minutes. I am very grateful for their help. I highly recommend this small business!

We are from north central Minnesota and were camping in this area when our pickup "check engine light" came on and we knew something was wrong as the engine didn't have much "get up and go!" Mike's in Elkhorn was recommended - Maggie is fantastic as the communicator for this shop and the guys did a super job of replacing the air injection pump and intake manifold. The price was good! No complaints at all! If you're in this part of the country and need vehicle "help" this is the place to call!

Cheapest repair shop that I could find within a 50 mile radius. They also are quick and do great work on your vehicle. I had a bunch of little problems on my vehicle and they fixed them all with no huge additional charge and fixed my catalytic convert for free. Highly recommend to anyone who wants their car fixed affordably and properly

I would recommend using there service. They first give you a quote on any service. Once you approve, they give a timeline and repair accordingly. I have always had nice experience. Maggie is very professional CSR.

Mike’s auto shop was a life saver for us. Long story short - we are from Colorado and drove to Lake Geneva for Labor Day weekend with our puppy. When we were driving we heard a rattling noise and my boyfriend though a bearing could be loose. After calling multiple shops and being told that they were too busy, I asked one shop to refer me to someone that might be able to help me. Mike’s was the suggestion and when I called, we weren’t turned away and they told us to bring it on in and they’d try to help us out. Not only did they discover multiple issues and fix our car so that we could make it home, they gave us tickets to the fair so we wouldn’t be bored, one of the mechanics dove us back and forth to town, and they went out of their way to help us out when they were busy before a holiday weekend. I highly recommend them for any of your needs. They were the nicest guys, and made our experience positive when it could have became an even worse situation (being stranded and not being able to go home at the end of the weekend). Thank you so much to Jesse, Bryan, and Adam for getting our car fixed and being so hospital even though you didn’t have to be.

Great service and affordable! Was out of state and needed my car fixed ASAP. Jesse and Adam helped me and I was out in two hours! They took care of the situation and haven’t had any problems since.
