Calm and pleasant ambience, mouth-watering crepe, and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend this place for brunch / breakfast if you visit the area. And yes, they have parking within the premises (and plenty of paid street parking nearby).

Having a selection of crepes to eat in Spokane is pretty much nonexistent. So having discovered this restaurant has been great. The crepes are the pizza-slice shaped, including their dessert ones.

The food is really tasty and wallet friendly too. Order one savory and one dessert crepe to two people makes a pretty satisfying lunch.

This place is great! Everything me and my friend got was super delicious. I do have to say that they don't have many options in my opinion, but still great though. I will be totally coming back here.

This is one of the best creperies I've been too...their savory crepes are a large portion and have nice clean flavors...and their sweet crepes are equally delicious...can't recommend this place enough; one of the best places in Spokane to eat.

Really great crepes and the coffee is really tasty. The Bison Meatloaf crepe was not the best, and somewhat bland, but the group got about 8-9 different crepes and it was the only one I didn't like. Staff was really friendly and courteous, and the place was very clean. Get the Monte Cristo, you won't regret it

Hidden gem in Spokane ! The staff were really friendly! They had great coffee and crepe options . I am not huge on sweets and found their savory crepes my favorite ! We did get the strawberry crepe and lemon curd ; both were delicious but the strawberry jam was very very sweet. Their breakfast Egg and Bacon Jam crepe was everyone’s favorite!!!

Overall , very cute, clean, and awesome! We will def be back.

Great food. Portion sizes were decent for the price. Left full. Flavors were excellent. I got cheese and potatoes, wife got goat cheese or something and kid got the chocolate one. I liked mine the best. Coffee was pretty good also and fairly priced, one guy came in just to get a cup and I don't blame him.

Absolutely love this place. I had the salmon and capers crepe as well as the strawberry cream cheese crepe. The savory one was tasty yet it wasn’t the best one I’ve ever tried. However, for Spokane, this is the best one in town. The strawberry and cream cheese was a bite of heaven. Overall, definitely recommend this place. You’ll also enjoy the modern design of the interior.

First time having a real crepe and it was delicious. Very flavorful and extremely interesting " strength " of the crepe itself: not chewy but does not fall apart and holds extremely well. The soup was really delicious and very tasty. It was a great dining experience which was somewhere between fast food and elegant dining with a gourmet flare to it

Okay, so everybody says it’s not possible for money to buy happiness, right? This place proves that wrong! Delightful, quick, clean, modern, cultured, amazing! I personally love non-American food and the feel that comes with it (to be fair, I love American food too!) and Fleur De Sel Artisan Creperie delivers in an amazing way! From the French chef (May I presume owner?) to the simplicity of trays and cleanliness, you can no just see, but feel the hard work and pride that goes into every crepe. And oh the crepes! Have fun deciding! Or just come back and try every single one like I’ve been doing... You can’t go wrong here, kids or adults, unless you’re an ogre that like prefers booger pie. Epic find, friends. Get here!

They have a nice variety of crepe options, and every item we ordered was delish. I got the basil and tomato one, which had arugula that I am not a fan of, but the subtle bitterness of the cooked arugula worked well with the crepe. All the crepes were a pretty healthy portion, but light enough to want to finish them and not worry about taking any with you. The place was packed, so we ordered to go, but found a table just before they finished making our lunch, and it was nice to sit in their bright dining area. My daugther love crepes, and we have family in the area, so it's probable that they will steer me back here when we are close.

This place is really close to my work, and I have not stopped by until recently. It was a quiet 8 am to end our night shift, but also perfect for other customers to start their day. My coworker got the Roasted Vegetables and Egg while I got the Monte Cristo Crepe. She liked her food and I loved mine. The Monte Cristo has meats like smoked ham and turkey, and I choose a strawberry jam on top. It was a great balance of sweet and salty breakfast meal. All in all, it was perfect way to end our day. I recommend this place.

In my family we have to worry about gluten and milk allergies, as well as a vegetarian, Fleur De Sel is one of the few restaurants we all love to go. This small establishment has quickly became our favorite restaurant. The two staff members that work weekends are awesome and friendly. We've had numerous menu items and specials and have never been disappointed. The pb&j is one we get every time! I recommend this restaurant to anyone but especially if you're vegan, vegetarian, gluten intolerant or lactose intolerant.

Really good crepes. We had the specials, an apple cranberry (vegan) sweet crepe with a goat cheese panna cotta topping and an Italian sausage broccoli slaw (GF) savory crepe drizzled with balsamic. Pleasant and friendly staff. Only criticism is they were out of regular forks due to a busy morning and we should have asked for them because the plastic ones available didn't do the job and my husband broke his about halfway through the meal trying to cut his crepe.

This is our favorite breakfast spot. The chocolate carmels with sea salt on top are to die for. Now if I want some really really good chocolate I don't need to drive all the way to See's candy. Big time saver! The crepes are also delicious. I always have coffee here and love it, but somehow it never tastes the same when I make it.... so I keep going back.

Still love coming here. Always use fresh ingredients and they hand make their own vanilla ice cream from what I remember. Sweet or Savory they will have something for you. Staff are always super nice even when you just don't know what to order.

Absolutely fantastic and delicious! The owner/chef clearly has a lot of knowledge about food and talks about the different flavors and ingredients in a way that make me think he has worked very hard to create a delicious menu. Portions are plenty big enough and price is very appropriate - I look forward to coming here more

Had a wonderful lunch with my husband, I got the basil and tomato and he got the Monte Cristo both had a wonderful balance of flavor and were hot fresh from the kitchen. We also split a lemon curd with blueberry and the curd was quite tart (which i love) it all was under $30 as well!
