Great Dunkin' ! We stopped by on our way to Arrowhead Stadium! Coffee was amazing as always, donuts were superb and overall anytime your at Dunkin its a good day. Not your typical KC pregame stop, but for us it's a must and the Chiefs go the W too. Can't go wrong here! ENJOY! ;)

I like the cold brew. The new remodel and current manager just made going in to this location a treat this morning the employees were smiling and it was a nice experience.

The new store looks and feel fantastic and customer service is 100% better at this location and everyone seems happy to be working here!

If you go in the morning the donuts are super fresh and they have a wide variety!!! I love their long johns and also breakfast there !!

I got a vanilla latte with a a doughnut. It was almost noon and the doughnut was still very fresh. The staff was nice. The code was good.

I've never had any issues here. Coffee is always good and they have good breakfast sandwiches, and of course, doughnuts!

We were there mid-day. Very friendly staff. Great variety of pasteries.

Went to pick up my order and the staff members were very kind! They had my order ready in less than 5 min, too. Lots of places to sit, a great menu, and very tasty donuts and coffee.

We had fantastic service from Nariko at the Metcalf St location in Overland, KS!!! She was incredibly kind, very willing to answer our questions, and accommodate our requests. She made our day at 9am!

Typical Dunkin Quality. Drive through typically takes less than 7-10 minutes to get through.

Dunkin Donuts was very good. I had a big cup of Iced coffee with donuts. The staff were very good with my order.
The dining area was clean.

My car got stuck in the drive thru today for at least 10 minutes. The staff was SO kind. They offered to call mechanic friends, let me use their phone, and told me everything was ok. I’m so grateful that they were so patient and understanding during a very stressful moment.

It just doesn't get any better than this! Perfection each and every time! Sometimes you just need that bit of a caffeine kick in the middle of the day! This location has the nicest drive thru employees that we've ever encountered! Kudos to the hiring manager for keeping this gal around..... we Olav to stop much more often!

This is my favorite coffee shop! My drink is always made perfectly, there is not a super high turnover on staff, so I see the same friendly faces all the time. Great seasonal flavors and the best apple fritter around!

Not all Dunkins are created equal, they are a franchise. This store is very good! Clean and friendly, they actually listen and help! So glad I came in!

My husband and I came for breakfast and it was so delicious! Our bagel sandwiches were warm and fresh, the donuts were so yummy, and my iced coffee had the perfect amount of cream and sugar. The staff was super friendly, too!

Professional, courteous, and helpful employees. We ate there multiple time and never had any problems. The donuts were always stocked and fresh. Breakfast sandwiches and iced tea were excellent. I just can't understand the negative reviews about this location and employees. Keep up the great work Dunkin' Donuts!

My favorite is the maple iced donut, maple iced long john or maple iced cinnamon roll but everything is good there and they now have a broad variety of food products from which to choose. I always get a large coffee to go with my donut. The service here was great. The server was friendly. Can't go wrong at the Dunk!

I believe I can properly assess this place because I've been going for years and throughout those years, there has been several employment changes. What's consistent about this place is the kindness of the staff and the willingness to get your drinks to desired taste! This is by far the best Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to including different states! ...Hands down!!! Love these guys!! They are my people!! ...Always great service!!! Smooches!!
