Friendly. Food is fresh. Fast. How McDonalds is supposed to be. Must be under new management cause this location went from worst to first in the last few months.

Having problems with getting a hot sandwich. Overall great team.

I visit lots of McDonald’s restaurants- for the Happy Meals.
Most interactions with the employees aren’t awful but lacking in camaraderie.
The lady running the front counter at this location was amazing.
Funny, nice, and lots of jokes.
Food was good too!

A fast and dependable drive thru order,, due to automated ordering.

FT Uber driver 2 years and know most McDonald's are not the same. If Raymore is the cold fries of KC, this Metcalf location is a hot saucy McRib with extra pickles and a Shamrock shake.

Food and service was great. Took a min for fresh fries but you can't beat fresh fries 😉

I was in the drive through with my daughter and it was just standing still. When we finally started moving, because there are two lanes, a lady who ordered after me cut out in front of me. So I pulled out of line, went inside, and explained the situation. The cashier and manager were both super nice and got my order together for me inside. The food was great and the staff turned a frustrating experience around for me. We will definitely come back.

For a long time this was the only spot that was available for me to sit, eat, and work when I'm on my own. They let me sit at a table and use my sketchbooks and don't bother me. I've had friends meet me here all the time and they're super friendly to all of us, even once we finish our food. I love the staff, especially the managers! They're all incredibly lovely people and I'm never met with a broken ice cream machine. I hope if they read this they know I'm grateful for their warmth!

I found this location clean.
My food was hot, & fresh.
They didn't seem to have any problem making my order gluten free.
The employees seemed happy.
I got my order quickly.

If you are heading to Overland Park, this is the McDonalds to visit! Happy employees, hot tasty food, and great location. Highly recommended!

Loved the Halloween pails the happy meals came in although in the past they used to have actual plastic lids instead of a piece of cardboard that wasn't all that great at securing the food inside but hey McDonald's is McDonald's and the kids are always happy!

It was after 2100, and I was jonesing for a Double Quarter Pounder. They had me pull up to a waiting lane, while they made it fresh.

Hot, and definitely juicy. Just what I wanted, and well worth the wait. Very pleasant staff, all three whom I encountered.

Drive through was quick, employee's were friendly. Food was super quick and it all tasted very good. The fries were amazing, all fresh and perfect McDonald's fries. Burgers were very good too.

I love McDonald's like it's my family. This store has never done anything to ever make me not want to go back. I'm pretty easy to please when it's McDonald's on the table. McDonald's = inner child wonderland. 🍔🍟🥤 ➡ 🌈 🌠 🌞

Well it wasn't town topic but it was good fast and using the app always gives a decent discount so no complaints .

Fun energetic could use some more crew members so if you know anyone they're actively hiring! Store manager so nice as well as her crew.

This McDonald's is awesome, food slaps regularly. Easily the best one in the area. Those employees deserve a raise 👏.
