Very friendly staff at this location. They are always helpful and upbeat. The drinks come out at a moderate speed, but you will not be waiting forever. The Starbucks has a few nice pieces to read or study. The sun that comes through the windows in the afternoon is great.

Always amazes me how fast the line goes. I wish I could have left a tip, but there wasn't an option to that I saw when I paid.

I’ve come here for a while. They are very welcoming and very productive. They say that 7:45-8:30 is there busiest time and I always order during that time. They are nearly always right on the dot with timing. They are all friendly and they routinely will call out upcoming drinks to update their clients. One time it sounded like staff were I’ll and they were getting swamped. The owner was very transparent and greeted everyone while assisting giving them realistic expectations. They then presented us that had to wait a while with complimentary drinks for future orders in person.

this carol woman sounds really unpleasant. maybe she should’ve put an apron on and helped out since she has such magnificent work ethic. i love the baristas here, they’re always so nice and knowledgeable.

Drive thru girl attitude was A+. Making me wonder why I don't go there more. Food and chocolate coffee were Excellent. Great experience.

I mean...look. I enjoy Starbucks. But I don't enjoy a 25 min wait for a coffee. And I always seem to go when everyone else wants a coffee from Starbucks. So then, because I'm cranky, I get rude. And for that I'm sorry. And I will continue to go here.

Decided to treat myself to a venti Raspberry Mocha Frappuccino. Unfortunately they discontinued the raspberry. Luckily, Pumpkin spice season is upon us. They made it into a frappe and made my day.

I visited the drive through this morning and the customer service was great! The lady at the window was very sweet! There was a slight mistake with my drink but they were very kind about fixing it and did so right away!

This is a regular stop for me. I drive past SEVERAL other coffee shops to come here! The team is always welcoming and friendly!

Five star service at this location! Amanda made my day this afternoon. She was friendly and very patient with my indecisiveness. She was thoughtful with her suggestions on substitutioms for vanilla syrup(they were out). I appreciate her hard work and will definitely be back because of her. Thankful for people like her.

Quick and polite. I don't expect these guys to be groveling at my feet, and I don't want them talking to me more than they have to. This place did exactly that so I have no complaints

Cheery, Efficient, Bright, Consistent! Starbucks has the Customer Service model that all should seek to achieve. They do a great job keeping the drive thru moving, never a long wait.

Love this location! The staff is always friendly and learned my name! The listen and converse! Yes, they’re busy, what Starbucks isn’t? The store is always clean too.

Stopped in for a nice hot coffee. Was met with the fantastic attitude of their evening crew. Emily, Mariah and Jaxon where a blast, super engaging and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back to see them when I am in the area!

I went in for a Birthday drink from the Starbucks app. The girl working the drive thru window was super nice and friendly. She wished me a Happy Birthday and to have a great day. That's customer service that you don't often see these days and it really made my day. Thank you!
