McDonald's

Nice McDonald's. I got my breakfast to go. They cooked it very fast. I got plain latte, sausage egg McMuffin, and oatmeal. Everything was delicious and cooked well. The staff was nice. This McDonald's looked clean. But the floor needed some cleaning. It was morning but already dirty floor.

Customer service could use a little work here but overall a great experience and the food was very good. I think they're late night crew might be a little grumpy sometimes, but with a little bit of coaching could definitely bring them up to a five-star.
Overall a good experience as they got the job done fast and the fries were hot and fresh.

there was a pale girl with a brown bun who gave me my food today. she was so polite and everything was correct in my bag, which i always have a complicated order. this is my new favorite mcdonald’s and i will continue to give them my service as long as i see that smiling face everytime i come by!

There was no one else eating in at breakfast lol. Overall a good experience at this store. I did not ask for a shake so I can't give you a shake machine update!!!

Are usually don’t take the time to write reviews, especially not for someplace like McDonald’s when you generally know what you’re going to get. But this morning my interaction with the employees was so fantastic. They were happy and smiling and cheerful, and even kind when I complained about sitting at a speaker to order, when I didn’t see that it said that that lane was closed. It was very refreshing after and already long morning to be treated so well at a fast food place. They also had my order ready and absolutely no time.

Food is always fresh and fast. Best McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time. Management is doing something right here!

I'm always weary of going into a McDonalds and eating, but I was pleasantly surprised by this location. The kiddo wanted pancakes so we stopped here. It was clean and the employees were nice. The manager even carried the food to our table for us and brought us back some straws. The food was good and everything in the order was correct.

We ate here while waiting for our truck to be repaired at Ernest McCarty Ford next door. We were greeted by a friendly crew member and our food was brought out to us in a prompt manner. I ordered using the McDonald's App, and our order was filled accurately. Keep up the great work!

I went to the one by target in Alabaster first that's always bad and they were only taking cash with a attitude. I drove the mile to this one as I was dedicated at this point....and they were out of all soft drinks and icee's. They only had water and sweet tea. I'm from up north and hate sweet tea. I was irritated and all ready to leave a bad review.....But my food was all hot and amazing!!! All of it, even my double filet-o-fish with extra cheese which is rare. 😩 I even got the sweet tea and it was good too. Begrudgingly leaving 5 stars....well played. 😑

Love this McDonald's. Staff is always friendly and food always good. I'm not a fast food person, but this is a great place for breakfast when in a hurry.

I came here to apologize :) this is the b that needed nuggets/tenders this morning. The signage made things very difficult. There is a sign posted stating the lunch items that are also served morning, noon, and night. I was told to come back at 10:30. This was breakfast time. 8:30am. I want to apologize to the manager who I spoke with. I know we were all stressed this morning. She told me because of the pandemic they aren’t running those specials rn. Thank you for making my baby some nuggets this morning. I could never know what y’all go through and have to deal with every day, but please know I love and care about all of you and I always get amazing service. The drive thru employees are always kind and Jesse specifically is always a friendly face at the drive thru. Thank you. Sending all the best vibes to y’all!

Highly recommend. Generally McDonalds is a hit or miss with customer service. I have been to this location twice and both times have had kind and happy employees. They were efficient and the food was delicious. It’s a nice change when employees don’t actively express that they hate their job.

Drive thru service was so great that night, that I had to tip a young gentleman at the first window. I love when an employee 'listens' and based off of their knowledge of the menu provides you with a cheaper option.

The sweet girl in the drive thru was so nice. She played with my support dog while they fried fresh fries. They closed and she gave my dog some nuggets. A refreshing experience. I miss the $5 Quarter Pounder meal.

They were wonderful! Alabaster was out of power in alot of areas. This store was up and running. Went for breakfast but they didn't have biscuits so I left. My choice. I forgot my phone so was unable to call my mother to see what she wanted instead. Our power was still outat 1PM. Went back to McDonalds for lunch. Lines in drive through and inside. It was taking a few minutes for orders due to high volume of customers and wait on food. They were running around like a chicken with its head cut off, (as we say in alabama). Anyway they did a fabulous job considering the circumstances. Our other Alabaster McDonalds was closed due to no power.

This is a very wonderful establishment although their lobby was closed and I was waiting for a online order and they were very busy they saying that I needed to take my child to the bathroom and let me use their restroom on top of that my food was hot and everything was in the bag!
