Best fries! Burgers are terrible.
I got my ice tea here for 20 years! Now the large is like a small, the lids are so cheap they leak every where.
I now go to zaxbys for ice tea, get a great large size and tea is better.
I get my burgers at Wendy's or steak and shake because they are way better and less $.
McDonald's has been going downhill lately.
I have been a McDonald's customer since 1963.
But only go now for fries!

Well run. Employees are very friendly, anxious to help. Service was very prompt (we are inside) and store was very clean .

Fast drive-through time payed and picked up

The staff is friendly. I visited yesterday 08/31/2018, for roughly 4 hours, and the staff didn't harass me. I interacted with a young lady whose name I believed was Katie if I'm not mistaken, she was nice and respectful. I came here again today, 09/01/2018, and I had my order handled by an older lady, who was just as sweet. She was being talked down to by another customer, and maintain a calm and professional tone and manner the entire time.

Takes longer to order and receive food due to small town they panic during rush hour and every two customers inside and out

I don't mind waiting a little longer for my food but damn atleast get the order right..Didn't add bacon to the quarter pounders that I paid extra for & gave me unsweet tea instead of the sweet tea I odered

We don't tend to visit this location much due to us living in Avon Park but whenever we come here the food is actually really good, I can tell they change the oil regularly as the food is never too greasy and always fresh.

I've had a bit better experience over most. I've heard a lot of bad reviews on this Store, but the problem may be how Corporate treats some Employees. It is better than quite a few franchise locations. It's very sad how many homeless people have to stop by with their bag of clothes to wait for someone to possibly come get them. Socioeconomics aren't that good in the area which could be an additional factor.

DoorDash delivery orders 4 of them back to back and everything was terrific and drive thru was very busy !!

WAWA opened about a month ago and it has been very well accepted here in Lake Placid, kept very clean also a good atmosphere for clients and employees, the good is very good the rewards could be better, BUT you can't ask for everything.

Very nice manager and very nice young man that helped us at the drive-thru. Who was excellent and I would go there again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Nothing is wrong with this McDonald’s lmao. People are just over exaggerating. There isn’t trash all over the floor. Food comes quick and hot. Bathrooms neat and tidy. Probably the best McDonald’s to come to.

Not too bad drive-thru was moving pretty quickly which is what I like and everyone helped each other what it look like from my point of view in the car

My all-time favorite fastfood! I'd always love their hamburgers and fries. No need to say too much, McDonald's the best!

Food served hot, fast and fresh. My fries were right out of the dryer and my burger was fresh off the grill. Drive through only. Didn't go inside.

Yes I was in Avon Park McDonald's on this day September 14th no I'm sorry that is not the date September 12th I was there about 8 I left out of there at 845 and I was the second one in line y'all get it together I used to work for McDonald's but this was a bad night when you got 15 cars in drive-thru and nobody on the inside and you come in and you're sitting there for 20 minutes and nobody won't take your order and got a manager sending it back you got a manager upfront I'm asking her do you have anybody on this cash register it would not answer me she would not look at me it would not knowledge me at all they running out the door caulking calls and when you still got called wrapped around the building running two lines on the outside and instead of an apartment but you're not paying your customer new attention on the inside they were in about the drive-thru and then Reddit even know how to rank up the Travis Scott meal the doordash man came in to pick up a order he stood there almost put 30 minutes before they even gave him but the person had order for him to come pick up come on corporate y'all got to do something better then what y'all doing beside decorating the dining room

The service was quick and friendly. I only go to McDonald's to get there dollar drinks and apple pies. On occasion I might get a breakfast sandwich. NEVER eat the beef.
