Starbucks

Nice staff and the chairs are great! Needed to find a comfy spot with good seats for my back. It did get a little busy with others who had the same idea around mid-afternoon but it didnt last long.

The baristas at the azle starbucks are amazing!! They had a drive thru line wrapped all the way around the building and a lobby jam packed full of people (who were completely crowding the order handoff bar) this morning, and were still getting orders made quickly and efficiently, all while being kind and informative to customers. there was a barista (I didn’t catch their name) that was making drinks and as they started each drink/order, would call out who’s order they were starting on. This little extra step is something that, to my knowledge, isn’t a requirement, but assures the customer know that their order is on the way— and in such a busy environment is greatly appreciated. the team was working like clockwork, despite being under pressure. I appreciate everything they do, our azle starbucks is grand!! :)

Just ordered a latte and a croissant at the window and the woman taking my order was so sweet and warm.

Levi was the most fantastic “over the speakerphone “ personality” I’ve encountered in a long time. He has a genuine welcoming personality and a way of making us me feel like he really enjoyed having us! He put up with our ridiculous order like it was just another day. Kelly had the most beautiful smile at the drive thru pick up and was gracious and cheery even though the credit card machine was broken and she had to go the extra mile for us. Thank you both for brightening our evening and I hope someone makes you smile like you did for us 😍

Jackie from drive through window this morning was extremely pleasant! She had a big smile on her face and it was very refreshing to see! Keep up the great work! My ice Latte was perfect as well.

THE MOST FRIENDLIEST STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY WHOLE LIFE! Seriously, everyone who works here is the literal best at their job. Their customer service is on point and they really take their time to get on a personal level with every customer, which I absolutely love! On top of ALWAYS having amazing coffee and food. This place is definitely top notch and I always tell EVERYONE I know to come to this starbucks! The only thing I hate is how the sugar cookie Frappuccino isn't all year long. How could we fix that problem? LOL but seriously, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Have been out of lots of items on menue many times, for weeks on some things.
