The staff was super friendly and the food was great.

This place does seem a bit understaffed but surprisingly it was very quick and our table was very well attended to.

There pancakes of course were amazing!

I only went for pancakes and hash browns, can't go wrong with a simple order. The service was great though, super friendly staff.

Tami reminded me what excellent customer service looks like. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness.

This location is far superior in my opinion than the Olathe location on 119th. The people are friendly, the service is speedy, the food is hot and CORRECT ... Each time we have had this service in this location 5 star rating where Olathe has been a 0 over & over. This location gained back our business.

Jacob was our server and on top of also training the new employees. He made sure we were taken care of. The food was delicious, overall great experience. Try the cinnabon crepes

I only eat from 3pm and prior to take that in mind when I say the staff is great! On weekdays the place is usually fairly empty and food arrives fast. Many of the waiters and waitresses are kind and quick when you order. One of the waitresses started remembering my orders after 2 weeks and now she orders for me.

I frequent IHOP's regularly and I must say that this is the best IHOP i have ever been to. There is a server there named Krystal that makes me come back again and again. I love other locations but this one and the staff are the best. The food is always hot and exactly the way I ordered it. Keep up the good work and don't ever let Krystal go anywhere!

this place was so good. had the split decision breakfast and ate every last bite in less than 7 1/2 minutes. waiter was amazing, had such a relaxing voice to put us at ease. also had a beautiful smile. me and my 2 roomates all agree that this meal did in fact hit.

Everything was AMAZING! From everything to the food and service! The manager Jacob was so nice. We will back for sure!!!

I can't complain about this place. The server was no nice and friendly. She brought us coffee and water immediately. Then shortly after that, she brought our food and that was warm enough, tasting good and fresh. She came few times to our table to make sure that everything is ok with us and to see if need something.

I was just there at Ihop on 95th and Metcalf with my grandson and the young waiter who waited on us was just amazing, not only did he make eye contact, interact with my grandson and make a better menu suggestion for me, he also checked in to make sure we were doing ok a few times. I can honestly say I have never had such great service before in my life. I wish I would have caught his name so I could post it. To the young man if you shall read this: Please keep up the kindness and the great service. You really made my day. Thank you.

They got us in RIGHT AWAY on a Saturday morning as opposed to First Watch and The Big Biscuit. Which both had over a 45 minute wait...
Our waiter, Collin I think? He didn't have a name tag!😱 but he was amazing 👌 11/10 for this guy. He was very good at his job and seemed to enjoy it!
The food was amazing as always. I did freak out a little bit because I found a piece of hair in my chicken, but it was mine so it's all good.
