Our moving truck broke down, heck of an inconvenience, Kevin got the call and showed up quickly. In the matter of minutes had the truck hooked and drive shift pulled. Gave my 2 crew members and myself a ride back to the shop while towing the truck. Awesome guy and great company!!!! Highly recommend 👌🏼

Me and my sister got a flat on the highway, we were waiting on my roadside assistance for 3+ hours. The owner said he noticed us out there for a while and he came and fixed my flat tire for free! Out the kindness of his heart. I really appreciated that! Great service, good company, kind people! Thank you!

Dave absolutely saved our butts after Inkcarceration Fest. We only had the ignition key to my MILs car, not the door key. He showed up super late at night for us, and way quicker than we thought he would and was so cool the entire time.
Legitimately wouldn't have got home without this business, and his help. 5 stars all across the board.

Called to see if they did road calls. They don't other than towing. That's fine.
Used them many years ago when my drive twisted a drive shaft. They took care of it in a timely manner.
I have NO complaints with them.

Our food trailer and stock truck were stranded on the side of 71 in the middle of a heat wave, they helped us by towing the box truck and even stuck around to make sure trucks and cars moved over while we hooked the trailer up to our replacement truck. Cannot thank their guys enough.

Well I'm giving 5 stars only to 2people. The blonde secretary, and I'm assuming the owner. They are kind hearted as for these other 3 individuals I encountered Nah Not kindhearted, must not be related to the 2 that showed concern and offered help. Thanks I greatly appreciated your kindness Especially knowing my situation 😊😊

Called multiple places and was told they didnt have time to help...called shelly smith and sons and within 30 minutes they towed my car from my home to the auto shop. Will never call anyone but them again. The person that answered the phone and the guy who towed my car were both very polite.

They were friendly, right on time service. Called ahead and booked a time. Safely delivered my truck to destination. Billed my insurance.

Had my car stuck in the snow and was impounded shellys a great person and has a big heart. Would definitely recommend to anyone as long as your not stuck on Walker lake rd. Lol
