The manager Dana is very friendly and efficient she resolved my problem before I even got up to the counter. I really am happy to see that management was so quick to catch the order to make it right ... Thankyou young lady...

I always have a good experience here at the Kaysville McDonald's. The people that work here are fun to talk to and always seem to be in a good mood.

Asked for a singular fry for my friend and I end the guy at the counter. Gave us both a fry. This man knows what's up.

We came here early in the morning on a road trip. The card readers on the kiosks weren't working, but they had someone at the counter who was taking orders. Super fast service and whoever took our order was super nice. Food was awesome.

Dana was working drive thru this evening when we came from Utah county to evaluate my mom's car after an incident with her vehicle happened. So we were here for 3.5 hours and my husband got the car running and going but due to engine cradle damage we have to have it towed. Dana was amazing at minimizing my stress level by talking with me and went beyond that to make a note for me to put in the window to ensure the car won't get towed away until our tow truck driver comes in the morning. We ordered dinner at this location also while being here for so long. The food was great, speed of service was quick and staff on shift were all friendly and great. Dana is the type of person I would hire to represent a company due to her " above and beyond " customer service skill she possesses. Thank you for caring for your customers, being helpful, sincere, supportive and most of all thank you for being you and having pride in who you are and all you represent including your job. Give her a raise.

Good food and the lobby is open unlike the Farmington location

Let’s talk about Hannah for a moment. Her attitude and character saved this location from a 1 star rating tonight. After having to drive back because one of our meals was missed; I got Hannah. When I arrived she greeted me with a smile, even though I was there because a meal had been missed. She was so nice and as the lobby filled with other customers that were experiencing the same thing I was... and were a lot more frustrated she went out of her way to make sure everyone was taken care of. She was past her shift but made it a pleasant experience for everyone just by smiling and making sure everyone felt taken care of... even though she didn’t have to, she helped run food to clear the lobby and solve the problem. I’m not sure what happened tonight, maybe short staffed. But, Hannah deserves a raise. When you focus on customer service during difficult times you’ll always save the day. Go Hannah! And thank you for making my night great!

With how awesome or service was last night, had to upgrade from 4 to 5 starts. Quick service and the cashier helped us with the app to make sure we were getting the best deal possible. Awesome location.

I've gone consistently for the last three years and every time they have been quick and tasty. Their food is the best out of all the McDonald's I've gone to and they've always been nice to me. Even with them having a high turnover (I often see new workers), they train them quickly and well and I've only had one order mess up. This is out of, I don't know, 300 orders or so? That's pretty good. Great place.

Yum! Look no further for delicious food! Mmm my hot chocolate was so freaking delicious. I would rate 6 stars if I could. There was one bad thing though. My hot chocolate was 211 degrees and I did not appreciate that. Why do restaurants always make hot chocolate so hot? Absolutely no one wants it that hot. No one is bringing freaking hot chocolate on their work commute so they can drink it once they get there. It's too hot. Other than that, 80 stars nice job

Kaysville McDonald's is always so fast and efficient! I love the kids who work there. They're always so much fun and they remember us and care about the customers.

Great customer service! Despite initially getting my order wrong they very quickly fixed the mistake and got me the correct order!!!

They've been pretty good to go to and their speed getting people through the line better than the others I'd been experiencing lately infact we got our ice-cream there as it's been getting hotter because the McDonald's we had just came from had their ice-cream machine down.

Exceptional service went in at 3:10, 24 hour crew was very nice and helped me when I asked what was on certain sandwiches. All my food was nice and hot and made just how I asked 10/10 would recommend Definitely Coming Back here again

Elizabeth was the nicest worker there, and she helped answer out questions. Will be going back because of her, she's incredible

This is my childhood McDonald’s and by far my favorite one. Mcspicy with McDouble stacked is god sent. Try it. Filling and only racks up to 4 dollars depending what burger you choose to stack it with,

This McDonald's was not busy when I came. I came in the late morning early afternoon. I got some breakfast food which was consistent with other McDonald's locations. The service was fast and timely. Not very personable, but I don't go to McDonald's for the customer service I go for the McGriddles.
