Klymit Store

My sleeping pad that I have had for a few years developed a slow leak that I couldn’t find. After talking to rep at Costco about it, she recommended I contact the company to do a warranty claim. It was super fast and easy. Within days I had a new sleeping pad. I’m very impressed with all the gear I own from Klymit and their customer service is excellent. Thank you guys for taking care of your customers!

The store was great. We liked being able to feel and lay on the different mats before buying. The staff was super helpful and tried to find us some good discounts.

Because this is the factory store, they also have factory refurbished and bargain bin sections. Those products are at pretty good discounts and do not carry the lifetime warranty.

Just gotta say they really stand behind their products. I had an issue with a sleeping pad,and they just swapped it out for a new one. Super easy transaction

I purchased the XL size Static V pad and a 20 degree bag about 4 months ago. I had problems with the fill on the bag bunching up and could not get it fluffed out. The staff at the outlet store gave a few suggestions and offered to exchange the bag. They exchanged it for a new one with no hassle. Great service and I love the products.

Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I sent an email Thursday or Friday last week, left a voicemail with my info, and haven't had a call or email back yet. I had my chair for less than 5 hours and it ripped half way across the stitching. The chair is rated at 265, and I am 200. I'm positive that it was a poor stitching job. I would like to just get another chair, but after dealing with what little "customer service" you guys have, I just want my money back!

Edit: I apologize. I was unaware that Utah as a state had a holiday on Monday. I am completely in the wrong and I edited my rating to show as such. I was extremely happy when you said you would replace the chair, as I would honestly HATE to not have that chair now. It is way too comfortable. Thank you for the assistance, and once again I apologize for not knowing. Thank you!

This place is AMAZING!! Preston and his team gave me a 10/10 experience. I initially went in to purchase a roof top tent from their new sister company CVT and ended up with a some new Klymit gear and am very happy and excited about the gear. I was treated with so much respect and I very much appreciate how honest everyone was. If they were unsure about a product they were open about that and did the research to find that info for me. I can’t stress enough how grateful I am for the experience I had at Klymit.

The outlet store fixed a faulty valve on my well used pad for free and also replaced the inflatable frame for my Motion 60 backpack. Although I've had some durability issues with their gear, it was all after hard use on my part and they fixed it for free. Prices are really good and I appreciate their innovation. The outlet store had awesome prices on refurbished gear so if your in a budget stop by and see what you can find.

I happen to see the 0 degree Big Cottonwood Bag at the Klymit store and instantly fell in love. I have a ton of sleeping bags for backpacking but this monster was meant for my trailer, kids, and my human size 140lb dog. Its incredibly plush, warm, and super comfy. KLYMIT had so many options and I'm glad I walked in and found this bad boy.

Its tough online to see the quality of the product so if local I suggest heading to their Kaysville location to touch and feel. Now if only I could get it back from dog. Highly recommend for camping adventure staples.

I have been fans of these guys and their products since long before I had the opportunity to purchase any of there gear. I was fascinated by their lightweight yet durable designs. This company is LOCAL which is a huge plus, designed right there in Centerville Utah. Awesome products, good quality. The staff there have helped me out a couple of times that I've made it to this store. They are legitimately passionate about their company and gear. I went in to buy a sleeping pad, which I love, and is very comfortable, and came out hoping to have a chance to go back and try some of their other gear. Also, this location, their outlet store, carries a decent number of refurbished items, which are even more affordable than their already quite affordable products, and just as good of a product. I will be using their gear on my adventures for years and years to come I'm sure!

Great equipment and friendly staff. Everything was on sale when I got there. And there were several bargain bins and refurbished items. They even added an extra discount at checkout, and have me a few freebies. Save money by buying quality here the first time.

My static v sleeping pad has worked great for 2 years, it inflates quickly and is small enough to take on all my travels (works great for sleeping in airports). It recently got a hole, but the glue from the patch kit was dried out. They sent me a replacement patch kit, free of charge, no questions asked. Meant a lot that they were so willing to help!

I love there air mattresses, fold up small and are light to pack, the best thing is it's got a life time warranty so if you get a leak take it back with no receipt needed and walk out with a new one. I am so glad they are local.

They have very high quality equipment for a great price and the customer service to back it up! I own a a Static V pad and a KSB Down 20 sleeping bag. I have loved both of them due to being very comfortable, compact, and lightweight. I was able to purchase both the pad and the bag for less than $200 total. It's hard to find a quality down bag for that price let alone both a bag and a pad.

My sleeping bag, however, didn't come with a storage sack as was listed in the description. I simply wrote an email explaining what had happened and within half an hour I had a response saying they would be happy to ship one out to me. That is a customer service experience that is hard to rival; quick and no-hassle. This is an awesome company with awesome products that I plan on using for a long time!

Is their retail store, with some refurbs and close outs. They had some awesome bundled deals, plus they have everything blown up for display so made the decision a lot easier. Went in for a pad, bought a pad, pillow, sleeping bag, and pack raft. Awesome store.

I have never been so satisfied by someone’s customer service!! I will forever love Klymit and use their products. My ground pad stopped inflating through the night, but I was easily able to send it in to them and received a brand new one back QUICKLY. Just in time for another camping trip! So grateful for their customer service and lifetime warranty!!!

Pretty small but really great stuff. The customer service was attentive and knowledgeable. I'd love to be able to go back and try out the camping hammock. I love when local companies make good stuff. Lifetime warranty is tremendous!

Very comfortable pads and pillows - some of the most comfortable we have used in 20+ years of camping. And, outstanding customer service with replacement of one pillow that leaked when we bought it. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

If you live between Idaho Falls and St George and you haven't made to trip to stop in to visit the Klymit store then you really can't call yourself an outdoor enthusiast. Check it ouuuut!!!!

Four of us bought Static V2 sleeping pads for a kayaking/camping trip in the Broken Group Islands off the coast of British Columbia. We were all very impressed! The pads pack up so small, are very light, yet offer excellent comfort. On top of that, they arrived super-fast and they're a great value! We're looking forward to using our pads again backpacking (or even just as extra "cush" when encountering a rock-hard motel bed). Thanks Klymit!

Showed up 5 minutes after closing time and Garrett opened the door and invited us in. We had been testing sleeping pads and bags at REI and other stores all afternoon. We ended up buying from Klymit! Garrett was great and the products were as as good or better than everything we had researched but all the klymit stuff was cheaper. Their warranty also gave us great peace of mind.
