Good storage facility with reasonable rates and well-kept grounds. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Michael dealt with the driver in a semi, which was too big to drive inside. But it worked out and he checked up on me during the move-in, which made me feel safe. Jason was about the nicest person you could meet and also professional, knowledgeable & helpful. The unit is clean with a high ceiling to accommodate more stuff that can be stacked higher. I was well pleased with the clean unit and even had space left over. Very satisfied with this facility.

Michael is the site manager at this location and was quite helpful. Very diligent on expressing the facility and grounds rules and expectations for co-existing with other customer while on site. I look forward to have a well maintained place to store my stuff.

Erica, and Michael are the best! When we ran into a technical issue (my mom not knowing how to do something online to rent the storage unit), the Team At Extra Space got her permission to allow me to assist her, and everything went great! She's super happy with the space!

I haven't actually used Life Storage, but I did look into it when we were moving. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and courteousness of the staff. They provide pest control and offer many climate controlled units. Their rates were competitive and I would definitely consider them again if I need storage in the future.

Clay at Extra Space Storage was courteous, professional and knowledgeable . He explained the process, options available and showed me a rental locker which was very clean. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

I cannot believe what amazing customer service we received when we called to rent a storage unit from Extra Space Storage. First we talked to Stephanie who explained everything that we needed to do to with the paperwork. As I am a baby boomer, sometimes the computer and I do not get along! She was very patient as she helped me get through it and not make me feel ignorant 🥴. After we completed that, she asked if there was anything else that she could help me with and she really meant it! (Something you definitely don’t experience in this day and age!)
Anyway after we hung up, Mike who was in charge of this facility actually called and THANKED ME for choosing Extra Space Storage!!! I about fell over!!! If you’re lucky you might get a form thank you letter, but not here! I got a very heart felt thank you from Mike! It’s sad now a days that such a simple courtesy is hardly ever used! I will highly recommend Extra Space storage even if I’m not asked about it just to say how amazing my experience was! Thanks so much!

Ive been a customer for a few years. I have two storage units both 10 x 20. Our location
(Store #307)is always clean and the help I recently received was a pleasant surprise, definitely above and beyond.

My rent had just been raised to almost $300 a month on both units. When I explain that I will be looking for a house soon and that it would be a huge inconvenience to try and move my stuff to a different location to get a better price, Michael the store manager worked with me and requested that my rent stay very close to the same a while longer. It was such a releif to hear the request was approved & to not have to load everything up and move.
I just want to thank him and your company for the help I recieved this week. Michael was so nice when he helped with my lock (lost my keys for one unit) and rate hike situation. Im now able to stay put a while longer and we’re hoping to buy a house after our November 15th retirement date. I will always recommend your facility to anyone needing storage. I feel like I’ve been treated fairly by people who care.

The staff at Life Storage in Manchester, MO, store 307, have continuously gone above and beyond in their effort to provide us with a great experience. What a great places to store your belongings. This week we worked with Jason for the first time. He was incredibly helpful and professional. We highly recommend this storage facility.
