Dunkin'

I love this Dunkin donuts!! They know our order as soon as we start talking and tell us to pull on up to the window or at the counter we don't have to even tell them the order lol. The service is great here. They will make your drinks exactly like u ask. Lindsey, Alex and Eliana are the best!! The other workers are too!! We Love this place!!

Had a bad experience with a Dunkin' in Sevierville as the coffee was nasty, a while later stopped at this and Lacey served us the best cup of coffee we had all weekend while on vacation! Thanks so much for starting a fresh post for us and making sure our coffee experience was hands down wonderful! From one coffee lover to another thank you!

I have been going to this Dunkin for years. I did take a little time off over a year ago because the service was horrible, and I never knew if they would be open at 6am...or 6:10am...or 6:15am... but now, it is so much better! Mindi is the only marker that I have. When she started taking my orders in the drive-thru things were correct, quick, pleasant, and when I pulled up at 6:00am there was someone ready to take my order. Every once in a while, when they have new hires, my order can get messed up, but that is how it goes at just about any fast food restaurant. If I bring my order back they are quick to correct it and very apologetic. Overall this establishment has improved greatly over the past year and I am happy there is a Dunkin Donuts so close to exit 407.

Gotta have our Dunkin’. Great staff, a little slow at time but to be expected as it’s a tourist high traffic area and they are diligently trying to protect us from the ‘rona. Their cream dispenser is a little stronger than our default Dunkin so have to compensate our order.

Dunkin' Donuts - has the best coffee around, and you'll pay coffee prices, not filet mignon prices like others. They have a wide selection of donuts, and frankly I find their donuts better then their competitors. (With exception of glazed). They also offer breakfast sandwiches and fresh fruit type drinks. The place is clean, and has friendly staff. They have three locations, one in Sevierville, one in Pigeon Forge, and one in Gatlinburg.

I stop in 2 times a week on my way to Asheville, NC. Cory and his compadre make a great team, so I'm in & out fast. FAST can be bad at some places, because quality goes down-BUT> this Dunkin is Fast & GREAT! Carry On People <3

Restaurant was clean. But it was attached to a shady type gas station. Bathroom was tiny so difficult to visit with two kids.
Doughnut holes were fresh and the coffee was hot. 😁

There were 6 of us. The food was fresh and hot, the donuts we're delicious and so was the coffee. The service was friendly and fast.

My Sister in Arms went to purchase a dozen donuts here to ship to me in Afhanistan, after a minor misunderstanding, everything was sorted with two dozen donuts headed my way and wouldn't allow my sister to pay. I will definately have to swing through when I return stateside.

Wear masks in. Take out only due to covid. Employees were friendly and fast. Handicapped parking and access. The place was clean. No eatting in, take out only. They also have a drive thru window to place and get your order.

I come here way too much. It's addicting. Come at your own risk to find your perfect personal dealer of delicious donuts and just-right caffeinated and sugary beverages.

The staff was really polite to us. We got our drinks fast and our food came out hot

Order a couple donuts including the new Peanut Butter croissant (FYI it's amazing) and the service was quick easy and polite.

They give you fresh doughnuts while you stand in line
