Highly recommend renting from Enterprise in East Peoria, IL. They communicated with me very well both before and after our rental. Spring Break is always a busy time for rentals and unfortunately the original larger vehicle we requested was returned damaged by the previous renters and was no longer available. Enterprise called us right away and worked with us to get another vehicle appropriate for our trip. I really appreciated all the communication and transparency so that we could plan and adjust accordingly. We will definitely continue to rent from Enterprise!

The staff was very professional, thorough, and quick. I received my rental as requested. It was a nice vehicle and I didn't have to wait. I had to add more days to my contract. They made the process very simple and quick over the phone. I definitely recommend EP Enterprise!

Staff (Riley) was very kind and helpful. The car was good, reliable and with great mileage. It had stains on the seats but other than this, it was a good deal.

Process to reserve a car, pick it up and drop it off was quick and easy.

The staff here was very nice and professional and picked me up when I dropped my car off at the body shop. I even got lucky, they ran out of small cars so I got a free upgrade to a small truck.

I rented from enterprise in the past, but this was my first time using this particular location. I made a reservation ahead of time and was surprised to wait 20 minutes for my vehicle. I believe it was just bad timing with short staff and other things happening at that particular time. I worked with Alicia and not sure of the other guys name, but they were GREAT under the circumstances. I was originally deterred from that location, but seeing the difference when I returned and the EXCEPTIONAL customer service, I would be willing to give it another chance

I have rented cars at this location over a dozen times in the last 3 years. Their service has remained exceptional over the years. Natalie was exceptionally wonderful to work with! The van we rented was fantastic. I highly recommend this location!

Chris in East Peoria was great! I forgot something in my rental and he helped me track it down AFTER hours and was very gracious about it! I would definitely recommend them! With frustrations on waiting on my personal vehicle they made the renting process very easy and went above and beyond…which is hard to find these days.

Enterprise is my go-to place when I need a rental. I have used them for years and have never had a bad experience. They are kind and will accept a debit card if you don't own a credit card, which is unheard of at other establishments. If I arrive and they don't have a car on their lot that you reserved because someone hasn't returned one, they always upgrade me to whatever is available, and ask me first if that is OK. Also, they will drive to my home, pick me up and take me to get my car, and do the same when I return it so I don' t have to worry about getting a ride. I have never had a rude clerk, and my check=in is always fast and painless. Their cars are always clean, and almost new. The $200.00 deposit they now require is always immediately credited to my account when I return. I find the rental rates cheaper than most, especially if you rent for a week.

The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, the cars are in immaculate condition, and they offer convenient services such as online reservation and after-hours drop-off. My deposit has always been refunded promptly upon the car's return, whether I had a rental out for a week or just the day.
