Allure of Mount Carroll

All the staff were very kind and attentive to both my family and my loved one that we were visiting. He seemed very happy and well cared for. Thank you Allure for your excellent service.

All personnel were very attentive to the needs of the clients. Everything was very clean. The CNA’ s were very prompt when responding to her alarm/call button. They would check I. On her to see if she wanted to go to lunch yet. All very helpful. Thank you much.

I came in during lunch and was blown away by how good the food looked and smelled! You can tell how much the residents enjoyed the food! The building looks and smells great! You can tell how happy the employees are to be there!

There aren't enough words to express how grateful we are for the care and services they provide for our brother/brother-in-law. That goes from housekeeping, cooks, nurses, doctors, all staff including maintenance. They all feel like family. With the pandemic and the restrictions, we know everyone is doing their best. It is such a relief to know that your loved one is in such a great care facility. You can actually go home, get a good night sleep not having any worries of his well-being. Our lives are truly blessed ❤🤗🙏

I have worked at this facility for almost 18 years. When I started my 5 year plan did not include long term care. My amazing coworkers and the opportunity to work for our wonderful residents and their families grabbed my heart and has never let go. I feel blessed to say I work at Allure of Mt. Carroll.

At Allure of Mt. Carroll, the entire staff . . . from laundry to house keeping to maintenance . . . to skilled nurses, therapists, CNA's and licensed care professionals . . . activity personnel & kitchen staff. . . all treat their residents as if they are their own family members. Whether you’re recovering after a hospital visit or making this place your home, you will feel special & cared for.

I was pleased with the way they are taking care of my sister and all the other folks there. Very clean and professional 🙂
