They always have great customer service.

They often run out of crossiants, which is aggrevating.

Other than that, good location and great customer service.

Cold brew with espresso and mocha, and one of the coffee cakes. This location, which just happens to be close to my parents house, is doing an awesome job!

Wow, usually whenever I go to any Starbucks I ask for a Iced Caramel Macchiato with EXTRA caramel drizzle. This Starbucks gave me exactly what I ordered 1000/10!!!! Nice job

Service by cashier working on 8/6/23 around 8:15 am was exceptional. I didn’t happen to catch her name.

In general, I like this location. My only complaint is that the drinks are not always consistent, sometimes the cups are 3/4 full, sometimes they’re a bit diluted. But 90% of the time I’m happy with my order.

The service here is unmatched. The baristas get to know their customers, and they are incredibly friendly and helpful. Danielle, Katy, Jordan, Abbey, and the rest of the morning crew will take care of you. The quality of my drink is always great. I know I won't have to have a drink remade here. They make excellent iced lattes and iced black coffee. The drive thru moves faster than most other locations. Mobile orders are quick and organized.

The coffee is what you would expect from SBUX. The crew is very friendly and efficient. I have a lot of experience at this location, and I'm never disappointed.

I almost got into an accident after leaving the drive-through last week. Three drinks spilled all over my floorboard and it was a huge mess. I had to turn around and go back and re-order those three drinks and Danielle the manager was so wonderful and kind she genuinely cared about my safety first and foremost asking me are you OK? Do you need anything? Then she made me those three drinks all over again, and did not even charge me for them. Outstanding customer service! Thank you so much, Danielle.

I come here often and wait in line which sometimes can be long but usually it’s not. Love their lattes when I come in. The new point system has me a bit upset but now I save for a free drink at 100 stars instead of my 50 spent on a pastry. I guess I’ll get my pastry elsewhere I don’t need it anyways but my toddler loves splitting muffins and pumpkin bread with me. I come here for caffeine as a college student and mommy. I need it.

I love their online ordering where I can then go through the drive thru to pick it up. The drive thru at this location is behind the stores and feels like you are going through the Chase drive thru at first, but keep going and you'll see it.

I’m not a Starbucks fan but the ham and cheese croissant really came in when I needed it and the frappe as well and the staff was really friendly and sweet and fast so all stars to the stars who did service me 🥰🥰🥰

Quick, friendly and personable experience at this store. Drive thru is the way to go if you’re looking for a fast grab-and-go, and inside the store is warm and inviting. The team always looks like they’re having a great time, and makes me proud to be a fellow partner 💚

I am extremely impressed by the way the employees treat you at this location. It's very obvious that they genuinely care about making you smile. Dani who sometimes works the drive thru is always smiling and actually has a conversation with you while your coffee is being made. It's the small things sometimes, but I truly appreciate yall always making my day! Thank you!

Great drinks, great service and was super clean. My 4 year old daughter was sad that she spilled the last few sips of her special drink and one of the kind young men working noticed and brought her a cake pop! Was very impressed with the staff. Way to go!

Stopped in to grab something warm and caffeinated after driving all the way to TN and back this morning. Was met by Elise and she helped me find out what would work best for me(never really done Starbucks before). And the cashier that helped get everything rung up was also very polite. They were very quick and very helpful. 💜

This Starbucks location is by far the best in our area!!!! My husband and I order coffee every morning and the crew is always so friendly and remembers how we like our drinks. They always take the time to ask about our day. Our drinks are always on point!

I love this Starbucks. The customer service has always been nothing but stellar every time I’ve been here. I would even say this location has some of the best customer service workers in the industry, seems like they enjoy interacting with the consumer. The drinks are always top quality and never incorrect. Cold brew nitro is a new addiction for me, and love the fact that they’re ditching straws

The staff are really nice, the store is clean, and the drinks are always good. My only complaint is that it gets pretty busy, so it can be hard to find a table. Since so many people study there, it would be handy if there was bar seating available.
