Dunkin'

Going here to start my mornings most days of the week is the highlight of my days. My drinks are always made to perfection. I have never had any mess ups with any orders and I’ve gone 4-5 times a week for a few months now. They’re so friendly and sweet! Drive thru is usually pretty fast and they get your order in a timely manner. I’ve even gone in the evenings and still had great service and great drinks/food.

Sue is the best she needs a raise!!!

I am a regular dunkin visitor between 2 locations and I can honestly say my interactions with the Jiles Rd. crew is the best every time and it literally just gets better each visit. The employees know me, and Sue goes out of her way every visit to make me smile.
I met the new G.M Sarah today and again another great experience. it's not every day the g.m of a business comes amd introduces themselves to you. I can already see a positive shift in the moral of the team here. there's a reason I pass 2 other locations almost everyday to come here. 🫶

Sue is the best thing to happen to Dunkin. You can tell she really cares about others. I left my wallet at home and she kindly paid for my coffee for me. I was not having the best day and she made it awesome! We need more people like her in this world. I will forever come to this location over any other nearby.

DM Patel was working yesterday when I had an issue with my order through the app and he told me I could come by anytime to get the situation fixed. He was so incredibly nice and helpful and definitely changed my experience. Will definitely only come to this location from now on!

I love Dunkin Donuts food and coffee. About 6 months ago, I gave this store 3 stars and a mediocre review. Since then, they have addressed all of my issues and improved tremendously. I am very glad to give them 5 stars now. The crew is top notch and they will start my order when I walk in the door. I love this DD store and I will go OUT OF MY WAY to stop and get my iced coffee and breakfast from these nice folks. The donuts used to be fresh and soft, but they are no longer baked on site 😢..still makes me miss my DD in New England a little less. 💗

Every time I pull up to this Dunkin they understand the assignment! The cookie butter drink was on point I asked the girl to sub the cold brew for matcha and she did it no problem!

the service was great considering being early a.m.
i got my order in a timely fashion and it was nice and hot ,on top of delicious. & the manager is always a pleasure to encounter. not only does she make me feel welcome every time i come through the door,but she makes me want to return. oh, and i love the remodel

I ordered a breakfast sandwich for myself and a dozen donuts for my coworkers around 8 on a Friday morning. This location was absolutely slammed, so there was brief wait, BUT, I was so impressed with the employees there-they were HUSTLING. It was amazing to see. I haven’t witnessed many in the service industry work this hard in a long while, but this group of employees was very concerned about getting people on their way in a timely manner. This Dunkin ran like a well-oiled machine and it’s because of that sharp employee team. Nice job!

Best cheap groceries you can find in Marietta and good management. They have 🎰 slots machines too.

This location is fast and efficient!! I went to the one on Wade Greena dn the person put whipped cream in my cold brew. Made a quick trip to the location on Jill's, on my way to work and they provided the correct drink!!!

I’ll be honest, as a 6,2” 195lb blue collar man in a work van, I always drive past the old Dunkin’ Donuts. Today was different, I was feeling a little tired from the night before and needed a little pick me up. So I pulled that Chevy van right in to the drive thru. Going for
My normal large black coffee, a picture caught my eye. It was a frothy brown pumpkin cold foam “medium in size”. It was like a sign from the fall gods, saying put down that shovel and pick that sleepy head up; treat your self. So I did just that. Let me tell you. I’m glad I did.

This was the best cold beverage I’ve had in a long time, I stopped drinking 3 years ago. I wanted to personally thank the drive they attendant for fueling me up with this perfectly fall beverage. I am now a believe in the pumpkin drink.

I will ask that this location fix the pot hole my right tire found, that caused several of my tools to become displaced in the rear.

This Dunkin is clean, the staff are friendly and efficient, and my drink was really yummy! I will be coming back.

The coffee is made to my specifics very quickly and never with error. The interior and immediate exterior areas are clean and well-maintained. The sugar and napkin dispensers are properly stocked and the staff are almost always busy with their work. The ambiance of the store is nice with a slightly cold, but not freezing air temperature. The variety of souvenirs, donuts, and coffee are enough to satisfy anyone's needs. Highly recommended as a place for any coffee needs.

The young woman working behind the counter on this fairly busy morning was all smiles and made you feel welcome. She worked quickly and efficiently.

As for the food, I got a ham, egg and cheese bagel on a sesame seed bagel and it was perfect. I got a donut for my sweetie and he said it was delicious. But then, it's Dunkin' Donuts! How could it not be?!

Kiddo enjoyed the mango lemonade. My cold brew with cold foam was lovely. Staff has courteous. Order was correct and fast.
